I don’t know if you can really call this a “gas station” or “convenience store,” because every time I come here the pumps are all out of order and the store is closed. Ridiculous. I have spoken to customer service about this and they said they would reach out to the regional manager, but apparently nothing ever came of that.

The last four times going here the card readers haven’t worked. Last time I went inside and the clerk said they haven’t been working and the owner won’t fix them. I just stopped again to try and it still wasn’t working. Seems to be hit or miss.

Literally terrible customer service from the male clerk that works in the morning. It's like pulling teeth to get even a tiny bit of help let alone hope for him to not just be completely rude.
No help getting discounts you should get even when asking for help.

We arrived a few minutes before they opened (assuming they were 24 hr)and the manager was super. Her customer service skills were fantastic. I appreciate that more and more as sadly it isn't as common anymore. She was friendly, helpful and they are lucky to have her.

Every night the female clerk is working the closing time is apparently between 9:40-9:45 because when I'm going to work at those times the doors locked or her boyfriend who seems to have nothing better to then be in the store with her, blocks people from entering saying it's closed, she should really learn to tell time and not close early just to prevent people entering

I’ve been coming to this location since I moved in this area about 5 months ago. I absolutely love the team they have here and I want to give a huge shout out to management ! The employees are amazing and treat me like family. Since I’ve become a regular, they always have what I need ready when I walk in, and that is the best feeling. I love love love this location and recommend it to others !

This location targets Garden of the Gods and out of state travelers. Sure, it’s got a couple nice shops inside, but prices here are much higher than around the springs. Gas alone is usually around .50-1.00 higher for regular vs down by I-25

The car wash has an out-of-order sign half of the time & today it completely shut down after I had already paid. I ended up having to leave as there was no way to get help.

The worst in the state by far. Manager is a punk kid who wouldn't exchange something within a minute of purchase and because he made an error. Politely asked for an exchange and he said nope should of not left the store. This was our regular gas station but would rather drive out of my way now. Worst place ever and will be going to the press for the disservice and disrespect. Negative stars do not go there!

I would truly suggest better customer care. There were many witnesses from an employee to a lady who was in your store today. I sat in shock for the treatment of first the gentlemen with the woman and then the woman. The gentlemen was very nice and respectful and then so was the woman. The employee was degrading and flat out rude. There is no reason a employer should have an employee like this. It was appalling. Customer care goes a very long way. I was just someone in the store watching this happen and felt so bad for this couple.
