We recently had the exterior of our house painted by LoCol. We could not be more pleased with the process and the end product. Molly worked with us from the outset and made the planning process pretty painless. We picked out colors at the local Sherwin-Williams and chose some tentative work days after consulting the weather apps. You can’t be too sure of what the weather will be in March in Colorado Springs. The crew did an excellent job over the two days they painted. The prep work was thorough and precise — from making nail holes flush, to caulking around windows, and replacing a piece of clapboard siding that had seen better days. It was evident, too, that the crew functioned as a team. Their work was efficient and high quality. In the late afternoon of day two, we did a walk through with Molly and Cameron, project managers, to do a final check. There were a couple of places that need a touch up, and the crew did exactly we asked. By the end of the two days, we were completely satisfied to have this make-over of our home’s exterior. From start to finish, the whole team was professional with a focus on great customer service and high-quality work. It was great to complete this project with a local, family-owned business with folks born and raised in Colorado Springs.

There are so many things to like about this company! They are family owned and operated. Every person I spoke and worked with is friendly and knowledgeable. They made this process really smooth and the exterior of my house is so beautiful now thanks to the team at Locol Paint.

LoCol paint did an incredible job on our interior paint, which really transformed the look of our house. We plan to use them again for the exterior paint. The work was very reasonably priced and done right on schedule.

We had a good experience working with Molly, Chad and their crew. There was a miscommunication and even though it was partially on our end, they made it right. It is what makes them stand out against other companies. It was important to them that we were happy and for that reason we would hire them again for future paint needs. Their crew was also very nice and we appreciated their hard work.

Working with Zack Barwick (sales & crew coordinator), Daisy (work crew coordinator) and Kerri the color coordinated were outstanding from the beginning and throughout the competition of our house painting. The work crew did a fantastic job they were fast and did a detailed job on areas of our home that needed additional prep work and care. Even though my communication skills were lacking I was always able to be understood and communicate with them my questions and concerns. The work grew was very polite and they worked hard and independent of each other on different aspects of the job. I was very impressed that they worked without being on their cell phones constantly and just worked.
The paint (Durration) from Sheron-Williams should meet my expectations to come but I also have the guarantee from LoCol that they will stand behind their work and product.
