How about taking accountability for your actions and righting the wrongs you are CLEARLY making by the repeated negative stars instead of repeatedly gaslighting your customers in review responses? This is not how you run a business. Unprofessional.

They killed 3 of my frogs and never did anything about it. They lied about taking care of my small animals, they were never feed or gave water. Their food was never touched. They were paid to be there for 30 mins twice a day and were there 10 mins twice a day early in the morning and late at night. I will never use them again you shouldn't consider using them. They automatically took money from me and never paid me for the frogs I lost. I would give a negative number if I could. Horrible service

Many positive experiences has turned into a ONE STAR DISAPPOINTMENT after the most recent use of Lucky Pet. The sitter was NOT taking pictures of the pets and when we returned it was immediately apparent that the care requested was not being given. Barely any Hay had been used from what I showed the sitter was the supply to be feed to the pets. The other food for the pets was at almost the same level it was before we left. There was not a single picture of the kitten taken and it was apparent she was ignored and not played with the entire time we were gone. Pet Care journals were not filled out on a timely manner and in a few instances, not until the next day. We reached out to the owner who said he would "Look into this" and get back to us. Well, I guess his way of "Looking into it" was charging our card and not returning our messages AND GIVING US A LATE FEE!! Seriously!? Charging back the transaction with the bank. Disappoitned and frustrated that we were completely blown off when our concerns were with a specific sitter and not the company but the complaints were handled absolutely horrendously. Stay away from this company.

We have been using LuckyPet services over the last year. They have been nothing but courteous, prompt and loving to all 5 of our animals. We highly recommend their services as they go above and beyond everytime! We always feel so great knowing they are taking care of our pets while we are away.

While the people running the service are incredibly kind, my experience left a lot to be desired. I was able to book last minute for a month’s worth of services, so that was great. Updates on the pets are hard to come by and pictures of them are even harder. One of my cats is very good aggressive so I was really sure to give details instructions on how to feed them so that the food aggressive one didn’t wind up eating everything. Came back home to one of my cereal bowls and both of their bowls overflowing with dry food. The non food aggressive cat has lost quite a bit of weight while the food aggressive one has definitely gained weight. The litter boxes have definitely been cleaned at least once since I found a trash bag full of the old litter stuffed in my trash can. In the day since I’ve been back both cats have been sick all over my carpet due to the food situation (nonaggressive threw up after trying to eat too fast; aggressive one has been having diarrhea which tends to happen when she over eats). Not to mention I found one of my drinking glasses being used to measure out their food. The app is great in theory but rarely actually gets used.

I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but Gary went above and beyond his services. I think he did such an amazing job caring for our cats, then finding them a wonderful new home! You will be forever in our hearts!! Thank you so much! ❤️

The company's employees failed to complete the terms of our contract. Sitters were supposed to come check on my cat for 15 minutes a day. Thankfully I was able to see them coming in and out of the house through my ring, because I saw that they were not staying anywhere near the 15 minutes. When I got home today, I found that the medicine that I requested be administered to my cat, was never given. I am so absolutely disappointed. I will happily never use this company again. Don't ever use them! This is your warning!

Have used Lucky Pet three times and very consistent outstanding serviceknowing my little furry kids are OK with water and food and being checked on! Makes a trip so much better, not having worry about our fur covered kids.

Business failed to fulfill service contract. Specifically, sifting/cleaning cat litter on a daily basis and topping off the fish pond. When we returned it was obvious that neither the litter nor the fish pond were attended to per our agreement. In addition the pet service employee was to spend 30 minutes twice daily to attend to these task but was observed spending as little as 5 minutes per visit. Lastly, given the poor service we requested our property keys be returned. Two weeks later after multiple phone calls and text requests--to the business owner--one of the two keys were returned. The second key was finally returned after another follow-up with the business owner. In summation, the trust I placed in this business to care for my pets was violated--which is unfortunate given the owner seemed sincere; however, actions are more telling than words. That said I cannot in good conscience recommend this business.

I just wanted to express my complete disappointment with this pet sitting services of my 3 cats this past weekend. We had to leave to MA for a funeral on short notice for 4 days. We came home to the litter robot being completely over flowed both in the container and the litter to the point where the cats could no longer use it. This should have been checked the 2 days in the middle of our trip that we asked them to come out and should have been taken out. By having a litter robot it doesn’t even require scooping so I was so upset to see that the collection container below had never been taken out. Because it wasn’t taken care of, the cats dug out some soil from a plant in the dining room and pee’d on the floor. This is a brand new house and we already have cat urine on the brand new floor that appears to have been sitting for days. The only thing the owner did was come by and give the cats a can of wet food and left. I am just so disappointed that our cats were left neglected.

These people are scam artists. They take advantage of vulnerable people. They kept our family in the dark about what was happening. They wouldn't let us take our sisters pets after she died. The police are involved at this point and hopefully they get what is coming to them. Do not use!

We are very fortunate to have found this company. We have used lucky pet for two vacations now and both times we ran into a situation and had to extend our stay and our service. Gary was extremely responsive and made sure our pup was taken care of. Both Jessica and Gary took care of our dog while we were away and it was a relief to be able to see pictures and updates. Our dog is a rescue and she would not do well at a kennel so having the comfort of knowing we could leave her at home in her surroundings and visits through out the day makes the service more than worth it!
