So if I could give this place 0 stars I would. The salesman Theo, although a nice guy, misled us in saying the car was a 1 owner vehicle, according too their Equifax print out, when actually it was 2 owners. We had too buy a Carfax report ourselves in order too find out that in fact it was also a rental car compqny that had it last. So in the not even a month of owning the car and my wife only driving it 3 times, the windshield was leaking water into the car, my son went too roll down the passenger side window and it just fell inside the door as they were driving too denver with my granddaughter and couldn't get it back up. Also there were 2 different kinds of tires on the car, which you can't do on an all wheel drive vehicle, and one of the tires had a goose egg in the sidewall so it wasn't safe. Therefore I had too spend another $1,300 for 4 brand new tires. Now they did fix the windshield but refused to fix the passenger side window and would not reimburse me for the tires. So now I have a car that my wife can't drive because of hqving no passenger side window and it being winter. The right thing for them too do would be too fix this issue but instead they have tried avoiding me and have teied too twll me they would fix the window if I gqve them another $1,000 of which I don't have just laying around! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

SCAM ALERT! During the initial sale deal, I stated to the salesman that i must have a complete alighment, second key with FOB, window repair, tire jack, touch up paint completed and tools. I was specific in my request. When we started the paperwork, a sales manager Manny, demanded that we pay an extra $500 to complete the sale. We told him no and we all argued about the price of the vehicle and why we should or should not pay more money.HERE IS WERE THE SCAM IS DONE AND APPROVED BY THE DEALERSHIP. Another manager (female store manager) approves the deal. The salesman states the finance manager is busy and will help us fill out the paperwork. He is told that all items of concern will be handled by the administration department. There is no reason to write a "WE OWE" statement, we will complete everything. We (the dealership) will even bring out the paperwork to your home so you do not have to wait. Now that all the paperwork is signed the dealership fails to provide the key (most expensive item). The manager states that the dealership does not have to provide a key because it is up to the administration depart to contact me. The administration department states that is up to the sales and financial department to ensure that is in the paperwork. The dealership states that they have no obligation to provide anything. So why did the the dealership provide services without a "WE OWE" or a contract? it is not out of the kindness or to provided quality service for their customers. Those items are already paid for a the lowest cost. The jack that does not fit the current vechile, it came from another car. A windshield repair man is on retainer along with those services are done in house. They refuse to acknowled that I am owed a second key with FOB because they would have to go outside their service to provide a service at another dealerships cost that is almost $700.So beware and always have all your concerns on the "WE OWE" at this dealership. They will blame each other and put you in the middle and not honor their agreed upone deal. They teach their young salesman to play the carsales man game. FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE TO BUY YOUR CAR.

Brandon met me with a great personality and a preparedness I hadn't seen in a while. I told him I may not buy today, but I was still treated like I was going to make a purchase. Ensuring I had access to vehicles I wanted to look at and guidance when I asked. He didn't push me, and he remembered my name. I felt like my purchases and my well-being mattered. When I couldn't get what I hoped for, he fought for it, and when it didn't work out, I was able to settle for something very similar and something that made the wife happier. Thank you for correcting and proving to me that McCloskey is worth Colorados continued business and love.

I had more work than the a usual visit for my truck. I had the engine replaced and a full brake job. Jeffrey and Ryan were great. Ryan is a master with engine replacements and Jeffrey was great with the brakes and other work. They were both very attentative to all the details involved. My "new" truck is running great!Services: Auto engine diagnostic

On a cross-country road trip and hit a barrel (dropped by a semi-trailer). Friend recommended this shop and Adam, Cassidy, and Drew were all professional, prompt, and forthcoming. Parts and labor were fairly priced as per market standards. Never felt as if I were getting conned (as opposed to some other dealerships or shops I've been to).People vote with their money. I guarantee there are tons of people using this shop time-and-time again but instead of writing reviews, they simply return.. which is what I will do if I'm unfortunate enough to hit another barrel on the way back!Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

I received a recall notice for my Suzuki and fortunately since there were no dealerships in New Mexico I called this awesome facility in Colorado Springs! I say fortunately since from the very first contact with Adam at McCloskey I received outstanding customer service and was made to feel as if I had been a long time customer! Waiting a few weeks for the part I made the trek to Colorado Springs and the great service continued! Adam as well as the mechanics, Andrew and Cassidy, were awesome to deal with and not only did they repair the recall item but found and repaired some issues with my wheels. They wanted to make sure I got back to NM safely! They did a great job and the non recall work was very reasonably priced! Definitely take your vehicle to these professionals! 100 percent recommended!!!

Great initial visit and thought I had found my forever service center. After reasonable priced full brake job with new rotors I thought I was happy. Had some issues and they seemed to get them corrected. Just a month ago I went in because my brakes sounded like two bricks rubbing together (like they did when I first looked for service). $600 later (four rotor resurfacings) they sounded and performed awesome. The surprise $600 charge did not make me happy as no one told me the cost when they said we need to do the surface (I was expecting maybe $200-$300). The bad news is 30 days later I have the exact same issue. When I called, I got a very nice I'm Sorry and not much more. So about $1800 into brakes and I feel like I have new hardware and all the same problems. Now I start to look for a new service provider that I can trust.

McCloskey's get a 1 star only because I can't give them a zero. The service department will lie to you and rip you off. Adam is the absolute worst. I spent around $4,000.00 on repairs, including a new clutch on my Suzuki Esteem Wagon this year. After the initial repair of a new clutch and power steering unit ($2,900.00) I was satisfied. A few weeks later the car wouldn't start. I had it towed to McCloskey's again. Adam said it was just a loose wire in the ignition that he fixed (over $300 including towing that I paid). The car started. A few weeks after that it wouldn't start again so I had it towed back. I was told that they replaced 7 wires that has to do with the spark plugs. When I got it home I looked under the hood and nothing new was apparent. I called and Adam said the wires replaced were under the dash. I looked again and saw nothing new. I'm no mechanic so I had it checked at EXO Garage. I was told there were no new wires he could see, either. It turns out the mechanic REPAIRED 3 wires, which he showed me yesterday. A month ago I was told and shown a receipt by Adam that the total was $752.00 but he was giving me a discount making it $500 total. When I went in to get my spare key and the receipt yesterday I was given a new receipt that totalled $500. No mention of the $752 or a discount. Fine, it's the same amount. Why did Adam feel the need to make a new receipt? Likely because the original receipt was fudged with false information. I took my car the day I went to pay the $500 over a month ago when it turned out my Social Security check had not been deposited yet and the $500 didn't go through. I had my original key. I was told I couldn't take it til I paid but took it anyway because I didn't want to take another 2 hour bus ride and mile walk to my home. Not to mention how rude Adam was when he told me that. I'd already spent around $3,500.00 and was angry that I wasn't trusted. The $500 was paid over the phone a few days later when my check was finally deposited - the same day I was having it checked out by EXO. Yesterday I finally was able to drive the 12 miles from the south side of town to pick up my key and receipt. That's when the technician took me out to my car and showed me photos from under the dash of the 3 wires he repaired. That's fine. He fixed the problem. I believe $500 with a fake discount was far too much for the little bit of work that was done. Also, for the way I was treated by Adam and Dave, who texted me threats of being arrested for not paying them $752, the original price in the day I drove my car home. I have screenshots of these texts. McCloskey's suck. They are ripoff artists who treat you just fine until you disagree with them. I received no satisfaction by talking with Tom McCloskey, who only focused on the fact that I took my car before paying the entire bill - which was paid a month ago, a few days later. He offered no discussion about the outrageous cost and the fact Adam lied to me. That's McCloskey's in a nutshell. Money is all they care about. Period.Services: Transmission
