I will never buy a vehicle from this company. My husband and I were window shopping around early in our search for a new vehicle. I had already spoken to my financial institution regarding financing. We walked on the lot and saw a possible vehicle and we were ushered into the building with a salesperson. We agreed to take it on a test drive at the insistence of the salesman despite me continually telling them we weren't ready to buy yet. Once back to the dealership they would not give me an"out the door" price of the vehicle unless I started the financing process with their in house team. I told them we would give them a call when we were ready to purchase. After the salesman insulted my husband by making a tasteless comment about my husband's military service we left. They proceeded to harass me with texts and phone calls nearly every day despite me kindly asking them not to contact me and that I would call when we were ready. The calls and texts did not stop. After weeks of this, I finally threatened to report them for harassment and get the police involved. It should never come to that to get them to stop contacting me.

My husband and I went here just to browse around the lot. We were in search of a car, but we were not thinking to buy from them. We met with Hunter. He is an amazing sales person. He went above and beyond with our experience. I would definitely go back for another car at the dealership. Thanks to hunter we ended up buying a car that day. Not to mention, the manager was also outstanding!

Cannot give enough thanks and appreciation to this dealership! Marco was a great salesman - answering all my questions and advocating for my goals with the sale. Manny was amazing with getting me a great offer and working with me on my financial goals for the vehicle. After the sale was complete, Mike personally assisted me in moving my belongings from my old vehicle to my new one and as he was detailing the new car I purchased, he put my sons car seat in and organized my items. I felt heard, respected and satisfied with the service at this dealership. Thanks guys ☺️

I had a very quick and easy experience here at McCloskey Imports & 4X4’s. Hunter McConchie was amazing at helping me find the perfect car. He definitely made sure I wasn’t feeling pressured in any way and completely made the whole process as easy as possible. I made a great decision in coming here to get my car and am super grateful to have had such an amazing sales person as Hunter.

Excellent, excellent, excellent!I had my transmission replaced. But they exceeded the estimate by nearly $2,000. When I brought this up and showed my original estimate to Ali (obviously very well brought up by his mother), he happily honored it. Who does that?! McCloskey does, that's who!?

My friend and I were both looking to buy a vehicle. We were told by the manager that we could get a smoking deal if we both found one on their lot. After a few days looking, we came back and settled on 2 from here. After starting the financing paperwork, without even trying to talk to us about any sort of deal, we started looking further into the vehicle prices, we not only discovered that we weren't getting much off the ticket price, my friend $700 off, I wasn't even getting the financing checked for the right vehicle. After waiting around 2 hours for them to get back to us we were ready to leave. We found the blue book price on the vehicles they were trying to sell us was, $2000 over on mine and like $6000 on hers. When attempting to leave, the manager stopped us to try and swindle my friend, who was crying by the end of the conversation because Jessica (the manager) was so rude. She proceeded to call her immature, because we wanted to buy a car at the same lot, she told her that having her son finance her was illegal & she acted as tho she was stupid when she told her she didn't want to pay that much interest. When I started defending her it's when she decided it was time to tell me I didn't qualify for a loan, so therefore I didn't need to be a part of the conversation. Then told my friend that if only her credit was better and she has a down payment they could get her payments down... She had completely forgot that she was putting $6000 down! So ridiculous, unprofessional and grossly over priced. If there was an option for negative stars... They would get a -5 from me. I couldn't believe how that lady handled the situation. She even went so far as to say that we had wasted hers and the dealers time... What??? That is the nature of their job! Appalling!! That's putting it nicely! My rating is definitely a -5 stars, that's how offensive they were

SCAM ALERT! During the initial sale deal, I stated to the salesman that i must have a complete alighment, second key with FOB, window repair, tire jack, touch up paint completed and tools. I was specific in my request. When we started the paperwork, a sales manager Manny, demanded that we pay an extra $500 to complete the sale. We told him no and we all argued about the price of the vehicle and why we should or should not pay more money.HERE IS WERE THE SCAM IS DONE AND APPROVED BY THE DEALERSHIP. Another manager (female store manager) approves the deal. The salesman states the finance manager is busy and will help us fill out the paperwork. He is told that all items of concern will be handled by the administration department. There is no reason to write a "WE OWE" statement, we will complete everything. We (the dealership) will even bring out the paperwork to your home so you do not have to wait. Now that all the paperwork is signed the dealership fails to provide the key (most expensive item). The manager states that the dealership does not have to provide a key because it is up to the administration depart to contact me. The administration department states that is up to the sales and financial department to ensure that is in the paperwork. The dealership states that they have no obligation to provide anything.So why did the the dealership provide services without a "WE OWE" or a contract? it is not out of the kindness or to provided quality service for their customers. Those items are already paid for a the lowest cost. The jack that does not fit the current vechile, it came from another car. A windshield repair man is on retainer along with those services are done in house.They refuse to acknowled that I am owed a second key with FOB because they would have to go outside their service to provide a service at another dealerships cost that is almost $700.So beware and always have all your concerns on the "WE OWE" at this dealership. They will blame each other and put you in the middle and not honor their agreed upone deal. They teach their young salesman to play the carsales man game. FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE TO BUY YOUR CAR.

As a person who hates car shopping Chase Theobald definitely made sure it was as painless as possible. In fact the experience was quite pleasant as he allowed me to express my auto needs as well as work within my budget. I'm taking back the 5 star review I left about a year ago and changing it to a 1 because they straight up conned us. Jason F you're a conman. We didn't even get one year out of the car you scammed us into buying before it had catastrophic failure, the car isn't even worth anything as a trade in. We didn't do anything to the car besides use it for work. We still owe 21k on a worthless car. Don't be fooled by nice words know about cars well before you buy from here cause they will prey on you and sell you a worthless piece of junk for a lot of money and set you up for failure. Horrible terrible unethical people

Hunter was so helpful! He really helped to work to get me into not the exact car I wanted but something right below what I was looking for. Gave me honest opinions on his thoughts of the cars, as I am a single momma. Would recommend his help and will gladly bring more people in because of him!

Arron DeLoux was amazing. The team did everything they could to get me into a vehicle which was a success. I would highly recommend stopping in to check out the line up and sales team it was all very amazing
