So I want to tell about my experience at the Metro PCS on the South Nevada avenue in Colorado springs Colorado first off I want to say as soon as I entered into the store I felt massive amounts of positivity in the air Frank had such a great attitude and did everything he could to help me he listened to my situation and offered me the best advice and the best plan to fit my I am beyond grateful that there are still employees like him he really helped me in my time of need and I'm writing a review and giving five stars because of his kindness and his positivity thank you frank!

The helpfulness and service by Frank was absolutely unmatched by any other phone service companies. His knowledge and friendliness is simply outstanding and I highly recommend him!

The guy his name is Frank,I got good experience with him he resource old my problem we my Fhone, before I went to 3 MetroPCS n no body resource my problem we my Fhone n I went to his store he helped me I give him 1000 yes he is Very Nice ?God ? Bless him ??

The service and professionalism of the new owner, Frank, is amazing. From start to finish he handled my needs with great compassion and obvious expertise. He obviously knows his business and loves doing it. If you haven't had the opportunity to work with frank you need to check him out. I will never go anywhere else.

They make you pay $ 5 extra to pay your bill in the store because their app isn't working!!! And they charge you to upgrade your phone !! I have never heard of that. And I think that is ridiculous.

It was pretty run down outside and on the inside the customer service was lacking we'll just say that I've been with Metro for years now and they still don't give a very good deal to the people that have been there their customers have been faithful to them for years they don't care they will charge you a million dollars for a phone

Even though everything about this place looks like an abandoned dispensary, it is in fact a phone store. They still unlock the doors, and everything.Well, phone store in theory at least. There is little to no product on display, just a couple accessories behind the counter. The location is in a BAD part of town.The soft-spoken staff were not able to transfer my SIM card to activate my new unlocked phone, but they repeatedly said it costs $20. They asked if I could use their wifi to activate the phone with the MyMetro app, which is not how the app works. The app requires working mobile data to launch. Then they blamed my $900 phone, saying I would have to buy one at the store. No phones were on display, nor did they mention any models (but I think it's safe to assume they only sell cheap burners). They next blamed my phone plan, saying I would have to get a different/newer plan - when I asked about the plans, they pointed me to a worn poster on the wall instead of walking me through any of their products.After I left the store, I was able to transfer my sim card to my new phone for free and keep my service plan in under 10 minutes with a single phone call to Metro's automated service line (*611). I didn't even have to talk to anybody on the phone.I am still not convinced this location is really a phone store. "Metro might not know this place is using their branding" type of not convinced. It's like, "The police probably need to investigate, because this must be a front for something illegal" levels of unsure.

Customer service is terrible. Multiple ppl in store ,2 employees working on one phone. No greeting. No we will be with you in a min. Just blank stares while all help is with one customer
