Good experience overall! The staff was knowledgeable and helped me find a plan that fit my budget. The store was clean and organized, and I didn’t have to wait too long. Bought home internet from them and its super fast that too lesser price than other brands.

Went to this location and the man was misogynistic, rude and dissmive all within a max 5 min time span.
I asked to upgrade my phone and add a a line. I told him I have always had a Motorola phone and I want a Motorola just a newer one. He called me " little lady" several times as he than trys to upsell me to changing my plan to the 70/ per month price I have the $55 flex plan. I ask why he says for upgrade. As if I can't get new phone in my same plan? He then shows me the free phone offered in all the promos (the revel 7 or something) I repeat I want a Motorola he just stares blankly than fiddles with the box for the promo phone. I repeat again I want a Motorola just a newer one and hold up my phone. He says yeah wow that is a bad phone gets so many returns very bad. (I worked phones for years and no one beside a rain man level savant would be able to tell which specific Motorola I have by seeing the blacked screen for like 20 seconds. )
I said yeah ok and turned to leave and he yelled at me to wait and what happened.
Sorry I have no patience for the sexist dismissal, bad upsell strategy, having my current phone be insulted as part of his bad sales strategy, and having my one request be directly ignored.

I had to go into the Uintah location today 8/19/24 after experiencing the most excuse me "shittiest" telephone so called customer service ever!! Metro PCS phone customer service is the worst!! After 30 minutes I gave up with trying with them and went to a store, I ended up chatting with an employee by the name of Sachin and he was AMAZING!! I was helped and my issue resolved within 5 minutes. Sachin is a great asset to your company and very knowledgeable. Thank You So Much Sachin!!

Did not like that the guy at the store doesn't explain what's the price of things you are getting and changed my plan, added insurance, rise my plan up to almost $100 dollars, make me paid a case and screen protector for as high as $50 dollars without explanation.Very dissatisfied

The manager is a thief , he will take your money. And not enter the payment into the computer , so if u want to get ripped off go to the location on 1975 West unitah Street 80904. He will pocket your money

I had the up most amazing experience w/ this place & seeing great customer service as " Ibraham " is surely taken care of the people & has tons of knowledge on how to help fixing a solution or problem with getting handled, the store is pretty tidy & well stocked, I highly recommend this place & as well as Ibraham for support needs, surely 5Stars!
