I want to personally shout out Reddy, and Ak at the space center location. Both were different issues I was needing help with, on 2 separate visits. They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. While I had 3 kids running around at that. Best location in the springs if you want real help. Reddy definitely went above and beyond my expectations, spending a lot of time making sure I'd have no more issues at all. Thank you so much!!

I don't usually post too many things on here, but I just had to in this case. About a week ago, I went in to have my number changed and the man literally took 3 hours while helping other people. I also asked about the free phones since I was a new customer, and one girl that was working there said I was eligible and I would not be charged for the changing of the phone number. That was a lie because the next day on my bank statement, I was charged for the service. I called customer service the next evening and ordered the phone I wanted, which was supposed to be free. I was also charged $30 for that. not only that I received some off-brand that I didn't order. Ever since then it has been a living nightmare trying to get them to get me a label to send this other phone back and to get the phone I wanted. I would definitely not recommend this place!

My wife and I have been loyal customers of Metro by T-Mobile for over 8 years. Went with my wife to take advantage of the new Lease-to-own option for the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE 5G for $30/month. Walked in and spoke with the agent. The agent tried to tell us that it was going to be "about" a $300 deposit, but he was willing to work it down to $200 if we were willing to change our phone numbers.That's not what we were told and not what was advertised via text. The person we dealt with at this store was dishonest and tried to get a commission sale instead of honoring the deal offered by Metro by T-Mobile. We will never do business with this store again. Shady, dishonest, and unbecoming of the Metro brand.

If I could give 0 I would. Whole company is trash. Employees at the store are trash. How do you sell a defective phone, have all approvals to do a crack box, yet you refuse to replace my phone because it's 30 mins prior to closing? Yeah, I will not longer be a customer. I'd go deal with cricket instead.During activation, the employee disregarded that the phone was glitching, then proceeded to say "it stopped" , then now my screen doesn't sense my touch, my charging port isn't properly operable. Specifically told that it's Saturday and no one is going to be able to approve, YALL ARE OPEN, DO YOUR JOB.

Went to the space center location for help swapping to a new phone. The person helping me was Sergio (I think that's how to spell his name). He went above and beyond to get it done. Amazing customer service. Will definitely go back for any purchases or help!! Thank you much!

Keith and Mireya we're excellent. I had a complicated situation and Mireya worked it out for me. She could've dismissed me but she took her time and figured everything out. Keith is also very friendly this store staff is amazing!!

Went in today 3/06/23 was helped by a guy Brian. He grabbed a case and screen protector for me and when I asked how much each cost, he said nothing. They were part of the phone I was buying. I said okay, when I got home I found the receipt that he hid in the box. He charged me for $30 for the case and $30 for the screen protector. I just wanted to get a phone, not get ripped off. Don't go here.

Thanks ruby for trying to help us out with prices and finding the best solution for our service plan. . . But FYI the Moto 5g stylus 2021 does not support Google pay lol. Just thought I'd let ya know. So yeah. iPhone or Samsung it is... Thank you again. Also, y'all don't have to activate the phone in store. If y'all ow er is telling you that then he is lying lol.

My Son bought a new Phone rrom them 2 Days ago, phone didn't charged well when he got Home massage came on , charging stopped do to Temperature? Brought it back yesterday and these 2 Woman was a wastenof my Time. They saidvthe Phone was wet, Ibguess it must came from them that way.will dispute the transaction. They changed the plan as well. Time to leave after 15 years. We changed to T- Mobil better service more knowledgeable staff and the phone as even an upgrade.

THIS LOCATION ROCKS!!! Unfortunately, I bought my new iPhone from a different location that is known for its unfriendliness and rudeness. I have been an Android user for 30 years and switched to iPhone. I came to to this Space Center location for help since I received none from the other location. Brian, the manager, spent literally TWO HOURS HELPING ME get into my new phone, transfer data from my Android and understand what in the world I was doing. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help and didn’t even have to.Do yourself a favor and know that SPACE CENTER METRO PCS ROCKS. Going anywhere else is a waste of time.

Extremely friendly staff. Made the switch from boost after 9 years. Was greeted professionally upon entering and with respect throught the whole switch the gentleman working did a wonderful job today. ?
