Gerber Collision & Glass took great care of us and I don't hesitate to recommend them for any or all body work needs.
The staff from Casey who always greeted us warmly and made sure if we needed anything we would have it to Brittany who stayed in close contact with throughout the process and ensured that our car was being repaired correctly and in a timely manner. Her knowledge and professionalism were greatly appreciated.

I wish I could say i had a good experience with Gerber Collision and Glass, when my car got stolen and towed there it took them a week to call me just to do a walk around my car. Upon getting there Brittany told me I would get calls at least once if not twice a week on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Not once did I get a call without me calling prior that same day. My car in total was there for an almost a month and a half; when it would’ve been done within 3 weeks (as I was told). They pushed back my pick up dates 4 times for either ordering the wrong part or getting sent the wrong part, and no they didn’t call me when my car was ready i had to call them twice in the same day just to get an estimate time to pick it up. Sadly even then I left with the front emblem missing on my car which they said would be there in a few days… Hopefully i get this call.

I had the most horrible experience with another collision center in Colorado Springs. Gerber came in months later and started from the very beginning with my insurance claim. They took care of me and my car from day one. I will always go back to Gerber for any of my future needs!

If you have a German car besides VW, don't take your car there even if insurance is in contract with the shop. They are doing bogus inspections for vehicles they can't repair.

I would like to say thanks to Gerber Collision, they did really good job with my car!!! The lady was in the receptionist she was really nice and kind, appreciate to you guys!!! Ones again thanks to all who fixed my car……???

My car needed to be fixed after it received hail damage. When I first got a quote, they said they would be able to get it done in two weeks. However, when it was dropped off to be fixed they said it would take closer to 4-6 weeks. When they realized they had made a mistake they went out of their way to make sure things were taken care of. I get mistakes happen as a business, it's how you move forward that matters. Plus the work itself is great! I am very impressed with Desiree (hope i spelled that right!) at the front desk. She explained things to me very well, and was always willing to answer questions.

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE. I had my truck taken here for repairs after an accident. My truck has been there for 2-3 months. They returned my vehicle with WORSE PAINT than it had after the accident... then told me there was nothing they could do about it. They also KNEW the paint was chipped and missing, and failed to notify me.. stellar customer service I tell ya’. The level of negligence management and staff have shown toward the repair is astonishing. I truly don’t understand how you can return my vehicle, admit that the paint wasn’t chipped when we brought it in, and have no resolution to fix something that occurred in your care.
- and response to manager since I can’t respond to your reply: I believe the GM Jeff as well as James Baca (mechanic) told me nothing could be done. My contact information is in my file if you would like to actually resolve this issue.
