Whatever you do, do not buy a Miele ventless dryer. It is not meant for our country and how we dry clothes. Takes extra time. "If" and I mean "if" you can figure it out, you may be ok but I am warning you to steer clear of this appliance from any store. Mountain High has been trying for months to help me use this dryer but it has caused me great stress. It is quirky and not user friendly. Don't invest in this particular appliance.This dryer cannot take the normal load of clothes to dry. It requires continuous maintenance of three lint structures. One is called a "plinth" that needs to be washed and dried for 24 hours--more work than your own laundry needs to dry. Any lint sets off the sensor of the machine so you have to reset the dryer setting and remove any lint. Each load takes longer to dry. Even though you are using lower wattage you are spending more time dividing your loads and spreading them out to dry spending more of your time doing laundry. Stay away from this monster of a dryer.Update: We just had a service tech re-check this dryer for the second time. It has an official defective compressor. It is BRAND NEW. Are you kidding me? In addition to how this dryer requires extra work for the owner, now we find out it came to us with a defective compressor or the compressor has broken in the first few months of us owning it. Both scenarios are outrageous for a new dryer and one of such supposedly high-end equipment.DONE!

I just wanted to send a shout out to Mountain High Appliance and especially to Patrick. We bought several appliances from them and Patrick was our contact person. He was very knowledgeable about the products and answered all our questions. He gave his honest reviews about products and helped us decide.We had a little problem with an appliance and Patrick was very prompt about getting services in, to fix the problem. Thank you Mountain High and Patrick.Their prices are in line with the big box store and you get personal attention when you shop there. I highly recommend this place.

I kind of did my research before coming in to buy a Miele dishwasher but Kaneesa did a great confirming everything I wanted out of this dishwasher. She stayed in contact weekly until it came in and the delivery company installed. Only down side was I had to go to Lowes to see a display model but they said they are working on getting displays.

Place is a joke. Overpriced. Had them do the install for our appliances. The washer was hooked up backwards so that every setting used hot water. The dishwasher kept falling forward after they installed it. They can back but couldn't get it right. Avoid them. I could have done it better myself and I don't claim to have much skill at all. Pathetic.

Purchasing through them was fine, but my dryer broke almost immediately and then again a few months later. Their sales and service team did nothing to help me. They said they were in contact with the manufacturer, but I never received an update that I didn't have to chase down. Still unresolved, and I don't expect to hear from them.

Excellent selection of high end appliances. Victor is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Strang location and access, but it's worth a visit if you're in the market.

The service here is well above par. We had a couple of issues with a range top and an expensive JenAir fridge. The range top was fixed promptly (manufacturing issue) after a call to our salesman Patrick.The horrible odor we've experiences since we started using the $12000 JenAir fridge was brushed aside by the JenAir customer service supervisor (we don't replace fridges just because they smell bad!). This was so disappointing as we are very concerned that it may be a health issue. Two service visits also confirmed that the smell was very odd and not due to incorrect storage on our part.After a call to Patrick, he and his manager have managed to get the smelly fridge replaced.That's what customer service is all about and this is the place to go for your appliances.

The sales experience at MH was very good. Friendly, helpful and patient. All the appliances were delivered mostly when projected but did not affect the remodel. Since installed we have been pleased. After Thanksgiving the double oven went out after cleaning. I have been on hold or awaiting a call back since 9AM. I reached out to my MH store in CS. They have been responsive.They helped us with GE and will insure a replacement is ordered in a timely fashion and delivered and installed at no charge to us.Victor Rodriguez has been most beneficial throughout the process and will continue to support through the removal of the defective unit and installation of the new unit.

We purchased 2 electrolux washers and dryers 4 years ago and were told they were a great brand, should give us at least 10 years. We also purchased the extended warranty. One of the washers is not working and will cost as much as a new one to repair. Our extended warranty will not cover the repair and Mountain High appliance was unwilling to help with this situation. They do not stand behind the products they sell. It is very unfortunate. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Super friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We had to replace our stove and Mountain High Appliance was the most affordable and reliable place for us. We had our new stove in about 2 weeks because it was a special order due to the fact that it is a drop in stove. I’m super excited about how well this stove works, thanks again for everything Victor!! You guys Rock!!

I am a local cabinet distributor and kitchen and bath remodeler. Case Cabinet Company always recommends Victor at Mountain High Appliance. He is extremely knowledgeable, has great customer service skills, and extremely nice to work with. All of my customers rave about his knowledge and friendly attitude. From a professional's point of view, MHA and Victor in particular, make them look good, and make my company look great.

We had a great experience at Mountain High Appliance! We worked with Victor in purchasing a new dishwasher and double ovens. The dishwasher was in stock, and the ovens were on back order. Victor gave us monthly updates on the arrival of the ovens. The installers were great too! We are very happy with our appliances and will continue to purchase from Mountain High!

We wish we had gone to a big box store. On 10/14/22, we placed an order for a refrigerator. Brittany was helping us. She is no longer at Mountain High. We needed counter depth in black stainless. Brittany said there was one in box and had someone "put eyes on it" to assure us that it was okay. I gave our measurements and expressed concern that the refru=igerator she recommended was too tall.When the refrigerator was delivered, we saw that both doors and the drawer had damage. We dealt with multiple people at Mountain High. Often, they dropped the ball and didn't call or follow up as promised. We eventually received one door and a drawer. We were told that they would not replace them until all parts were received. After 9 months, we gave up. We said that we would take a credit for the damaged door and have the other 2 parts replaced.Mountain High offered no compensation. Whirlpool gave us $200 on a refrigerator that was over $4,000. The refrigerator was too tall, as feared. We had to cut into the cabinets. We regret using Mountain High .
