PROs:-The management is nice and most of the teachers are as well-The schedule is flexible for drop-off and pickup-They have cooking class for kids even though they are expensive-They have different themes every month and things they learnCONs:-The rooms are outdated and are in need of a remodel-The management isn't good at communicating. For example, our teacher changed and we didn't know until the new teacher was there. We could have received a message at least through the app-There is a fun schedule of things like pajamas day but NO ONE does it. It would be great if teachers and management did and that messages were sent through the app to help engage everyone-The nap times are REALLY long. For toddlers it starts around 1230 and goes to 230. Toddlers cannot get off their mat during this time which seems unfair if you have a 3 year old for example who doesn't nap. I feel like one room should be made for the awake kids to play together-There isn't much outdoor time, only 30min until about 3/4PM which they go outside again if kids are still there. Wish circle time and things would be moved outside if nice out.

This review is long overdue. Our daughter has been at MSK since she was 5 months young. From day one, all of the teachers and staff made us feel comfortable leaving our one and only little one with them. We are eternally grateful to Mariah, Amanda, Maureen, Juliana, Makayla, and Kim for teaching her an assortment of lessons--from colors, numbers, to music!--and we honestly could not have had a better experience. We are moving or else would have her stay for much longer. Wishing this daycare all the best for years to come!

I was very disappointed seeing the lack of professionalism this center showed me while applying to become a new teacher. The center director Marie failed to set up a professional interview and blantly blew off 2 interviews I had with her (One already being re scheduled because she failed to conduct the interview the first time) and ignored all of my emails. I hope this Center can be more responsible when it comes to punctuality in the future. Extremely unprofessional.

My girls started daycare here, for the first time, back in August 2020. I was so scared and skeptical with Covid and not seeing the place in person and the whole thing just being a new experience, BUT since day one, the ladies (and gentlemen) have been beyond helpful with answering questions, loving my girls and just being so upfront and helpful with this new experience! Since starting, my kids’ teachers have not only exceeded the expectations I had, but the continue to go above and beyond! My youngest had ALWAYS been attached to me, however since starting daycare she has been less attached (in a good way) and LOVES and adores her teachers, especially Ms. Maureen! The director and all the admin staff (Ms Robin, Ms Nikki and Ms Lori) have been wonderful! I will truly miss this location when the army decides to move us again. Hearing about my kids’ days and seeing the connection they have with everyone there (kids and staff) is just so warming to this mama heart!! I highly recommend this kindercare location!

My kid has been going to this center for the last 4 years now and I wouldn't change a thing. I make the drive from Fountain everyday because I know my son is in good hands. The staff is amazing, they are very hands on and never hesitate to answer questions. They will work with you if any issues should arrive. I absolutely love this daycare and the staff here.

My son has been enrolled at this location since he was 12 weeks old. He is now 5 and very sad to have to leave soon. The staff is amazing! We have never had any issues. All throughout the pandemic, they stayed calmed and I never doubted they were keeping my child safe. I highly recommend this KinderCare location.

My kids are so happy there. During pandemic days this center's staff did great job! They watched all safety rules very very carefully and kept our kids healthy and good. I can't imagine a better place, appreciated you guys!I can’t believe it had been one year with Kindercare ?❤️I and my sons felt safe all this crazy pandemic year.. Especially my boys didn’t feel alone or under dangerous circumstances. Kindercare stuff were always careful and friendly. We passed 2020 healthy and safe.I’m appreciate to know this place my boys as well ?

I absolutely love this KinderCare location. My daughter attended from 6 weeks old to 7 months old, if we had moved anywhere but out of COS, I would have made the drive so she could stay at this awesome center. She was always happy and worn out from playing with her friends and teacher through the day. The staff and teachers were friendly and put in an effort in getting to know each child as an individual as well as their parents. You really feel involved, even during Covid. They sent us updates through their app with pictures and videos of what they were doing that day and of her participating in playing and interacting with sensory activities. The app they use also provided updated times and frequency of meals, diaper changes, naps, and daily notes. Super helpful to monitor any health changes. As for location, heaven forbid they would ever need them, the building is right next door to the fire department. I honestly have nothing negative to say!

I never thought I would have to write anything like this.... but I am upset, not only as a parent but also as a childcare worker. I chose Kindercare on Flying W Ranch to care for my small children thinking they would be in good hands. The director at this center happens to be someone I have personally known for many years and have worked with at other childcare locations, so it felt safe and I had peace of mind knowing I had full trust in her. I was also offered a position, in which I politely declined because I was previously offered employment elsewhere. With that said, I have been contacted NUMEROUS times about my 2 year old son and his behavior. Multiply times a week I am being asked to leave work and given a time frame on picking up my child. I am a single mother of 5, work in childcare myself and my vehicle is currently in shop so I have been relying on rides for the time being.Although I do not condone my childs behavior, I do not like how the center is handling this issue. My son is non verbal and is struggling with expressing himself in negative behavior. In the past 60 days I have received 26 incident reports and was also put on a behavior plan at the end of last week.I received some messages from the director that my son had 4 more incidents today and that I had an hour to pick him up. I don't understand how my son is having so many of these incidents when there is more than one teacher in his classroom to watch these children. Unfortunately I can't leave my place of employment and currently have no way of finding a ride in the middle of the day. I expressed this and because I can't get him in one hour I was told it would be his last day at Kindercare.I know things would be handled differently if I accepted a position with their center because I have personally been in that position and it is upsetting. I have SEVERAL years of experience in childcare and this is the first time I have encountered a center that doesn't know how to handle a toddler with some behavioral issues. My 2 year old son was put on a behavior plan at the Kindercare on Flying W Ranch and 3 days later was kicked out because I wasn't able to pick him up in an hours time. I am baffled and heartbroken on how this is being handled.

I can’t say enough great things about my sons school. I feel even better that at his home away from home he loves walking into school without a fuss. If I ever have any questions or concerns they are always answered quickly and happily.. I love chatting with his teachers at drop off and pick up to see how his day went.. I love the updates on the app and the pictures throughout the day to brighten my day and see all the activities and what he is learning for the week..I couldn’t ask for a better place and group of teachers that are helping teach my son and care for him when I am unable to be with him during the day.

I absolutely love that my 4 year old attends here. He has just moved into the Pre-K class and everyday he is so excited to share with me what he has learned that day. All of the teachers and staff are very caring and attentive. Not only did they take the time to get to personally know my child but my husband and I both have a great relationship with them. In would highly recommend this place to anyone!

This was the first time I have ever had my kids in daycare and was super scared about leaving my babies almost 2 1/2 years later we are still there and have had a great experience. The staff all love and care about my kids. The directors listen when there is a concern and try to fix it if and when there is a concern.

I absolutely love, love KinderCare... especially this location! I have two babies. It’s so hard to find someone to trust with your kids! Everyone is so nice and understanding and very welcoming. I love that we get pictures and updates! This location is a little further away from me than I would like, but it’s worth the drive! Thank you all for your hard work!! ?

We loved kindare care. The teachers are great and professional. I was getting lots of updates with pictures through the day. It was so so helpful especially when it was my son's first time at daycare. My 18 month old son had a great time there even at his first day. I was always sure that he is safe, taken care of and having fun at kinder care. We had to switch the daycares only due to the distance. It was too far from our home and even further from our work.
