Lack of attention to detail. Coupled with outdated billing who sends you to collection in error. It took a three way call between me, billing, and Cigna to get a $5 charge out of billing out of collection and into my pocket. The collection company just laughs when you call about Mt. View/Optum because even they know how screwed their accounting is. It's just.sad. They did have good docs at one time. Now many of their practitioners work at other clinics too.

Great doctors. Great care. But I came in at 8:47 for my 8:40 appointment, 7 minutes late. The receptionist called and then said well you're over you time so we have to reschedule you, we don't let people come in after 10 minutes. I said I was only 7 minutes late I didnt even hit 10z She said oh well they changed it to 5 recently. Really annoyed because I hit traffic and I'm typically not late but have to go back now later in the day.

I've always thought the front desk ladies were nice, I usually have at least 2 of my kids with me during my appointments and they are always nice and understanding. I also think the doctors are great, I was seriously ill about a year ago, I did some testing and while I was waiting for lab results my symptoms got worse, I called the office in tears and the receptionist assured me she would get my message to my doctor. A few hours later, my doctor called after normal buisness hours so we could try and track down my results together. I felt like she cared about my well-being and made a point to contact the lab to get my results, she got me on the right track to heal that night. I really appreciated that she stayed late to help me.

Was a patient for about 21 years. I had stayed with them when 4 of my doctors retired. When I went to get my medical records for a disability claim they could only supply me with 7 years of records. The main reason I stayed with this practice was I felt I had access to my medical records from when I started going to this practice. WRONG!!!

I went to him for postpartum depression and fatigue and left feeling shame. Then got my bill and he coded my bill for overweight and charged me for going over 30mins with the patient. Who does that! I'm fighting a 500$ bill with them because they billed me wrong. I am so frustrated with this practic

Amazing people and friendly staff! Every time I need an appointment I get it within the next day or two. I do not have to beg for referrals and everything is always addressed. I recommend this clinic!

I will start by saying Ashley Lunch NP is great. I really like her. The billing and billing department leave a lot to be desired.... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I have been trying to resolve an issue since March. it's September. No one ever called back as promised they would, said they would fix the problem, called the billing department myself, nothing on file about a dispute. Jolyn said it was being worked on for months. Received a past due notice multiple times, called each time. It's being worked on. famous last words. Keep an eye on your payments and insurance. I had a new patient appointment sched for 3 months, got cancelled the day before. it's quite chaotic there, dont feel like theres much organization, I will be moving on, as will my husband. I would think twice before settling here. there's better out there and I have found a wonderful place that will be treating my family. would not recommend. Everyones experiences are different...I guess find out for yourself if your skeptical.

Do NOT go to MVM. They are the worst. AVOID the medical care they don’t provide while they steal from you. The doctors don’t care and the staff is unprofessional. The billing department is wrong and always charging for preventative care. I am tired of dealing with billing every year for preventative care because the medical staff is incompetent. The doctors will cancel on you last minute, while you are in the office, then expect you to take another day off to reschedule. I will not be going back and I will not be referring any of my friends.

I personally want to thank Taylor for going above and beyond with helping me one week before my delivery date on fixing some issues I was having with referrals. It was so complicated and she made sure to be with me through the whole process to get it corrected. Words or even a review can’t even explain how grateful, thankful and blessed for her help. Absolutely never come here for anything. I was injured at work and saw my PCP for a follow up from urgent care and they never billed me, instead sent me immediately to collections over $100. I updated my address with them and instead they billed my old address of 4 years ago. Never. Use. Mountain View Medical Group. Incompetent from start to finish.

DON'T GO!!! I had blood work done in March in 2022, the girl couldn't find my insurance company in their system so she just chose a random one and I have been fighting with them on billing ever since. SO today I found out I will be paying out of pocket to a collections company because MVMG can't bill correctly. Optum is terrible to work with.

I have been going to Mountain View Medical Group for over 20 years. I have seen a couple of doctors retire, moved location but all of my experiences have been awesome with all the staff. Very friendly, helpful and professional. They have helped me always over the years. I have never had any problems and I really believe in seeing your GP at least for annual checkups. Highly recommend.

WOW! Such a great experience I had today. I just transitioned out of the military and didn’t have high expectations because military care isn’t the best. This place went above and beyond! I wish I knew everyone’s names to give a shout out. From the front desk, to the Nurse Practitioner and to the lab technician THANK YOU! All so kind and helpful and just made me feel heard with my medical problems. 5 stars all around

HORRIBLE! I was seen by this dr for + strep. He said he's going to send the prescription to my pharmacy, but he didn't. I called the clinic and was told that she'd let the dr know. I waited at the pharmacy, call again and the after hour nurse told me that there's nothing in my chart that showed I was seen today, so the after hour dr cannot prescribe the medication. With painful throat and on and off fever, I have to wait until tomorrow morning. Dont go here, it seems nobody cares
