We LOVED working with MTM! They were helpful picking out products that worked within our budget and got the style we hoped for. They did a beautiful job and were very professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the end result. We’ve used them for two houses and both experiences have been better than we could have expected. Thank you MTM!

Update 5/8/23 - If someone at MTM could please share contact information that I could use to reach the right person, I'd be happy to discuss per your request. Attempts to reach out by web form submission on your site, email to two sales addresses on your site (both reject mail) and contacting my prior sales point of contact have all gone unanswered.Original Review:We had our counters and backsplash replaced by MTM through Costco. Overall, the the counters themselves were great. The issues we had were all with the service related to the actual install.We were subject last-minute installation changes (our date was canceled/rescheduled the day before installation), and an effectively non-communicative project manager named Andres that requested texts as opposed to calls, but generally didn't respond to messages in any remotely reasonable time frame (days).While the counters are great, the installation service leaves a lot to be desired. While "scratches and scrapes" are the customers responsibility to repair (which is fine), this picture shows and example of what they're not willing to cover, claiming the prior counter was affixed to the trip with silicone (yet, there's no residue on any parts or remaining trim).I did share this and other photos with our project manager, and he/MTM were unwilling to address this (beyond screwing in the decorative support). The install crew just wanted to get out of there as fast as possible, and do pretty sloppy work that leaves the customers with far more work and far less satisfaction that the early meetings suggest you should expect.

The countertops looked great however the stacked stone one the backsplash and fireplace could have been installed better. MTM didn't order enough materials so a job that should have taken two days took a month. MTM also tried to hide demolished drywall in the cavity behind the fireplace. MTM lost the electrical wires to the under counter lights in the wall and tiled over it which had to be demolished a second time. MTM made it "okay" in the end but they could have done it right the first time.Services: Countertops

MTM is the best choice for your next tile installation. Tile is one of those few but tricky crafts that I won't do on my own. When it comes to a project that I don't trust myself with, I only defer to the very best. I have certain expectations of myself in terms of competence, quality, efficiency, etc, -and because I hold myself to these standards, it can be difficult to find contractors that are "up to par" so to speak. You can trust in MTM, believe me. One less thing to worry about.
