Found this shop when searching for local music stores and was blown away by the music selection for piano players. The great discounts going on were equally amazing! Definitely calling this place my music home. You should, too!

This company actively steals money from customers. If you miss a lesson they claim they will make it up, yet they continue to charge full price, and never make up the class. If you cancel your lessons the store claims they will make up all the missed classes but cancle the classes before you get all the lessons you have missed. Do not work with this company of theifs

I always go to the store on my days off or when I have time. They are always friendly and helpful. Great selection of instruments. My friend played the electric guitar last time we went and I played the piano along with him. And it's right next to work too so I also go there on my lunch break too.

Great service! My son has been interested in playing the drums for a few years now, and Jordon (I believe that was his name) went above and beyond to help me pick out learning resources, sticks, and everything my son needed to get started. He also offered to setup a free trial lesson with the drum instructor for us which was very considerate! I will definitely be back when the time comes to get a drum kit.

Save your time and money and go elsewhere for lessons. Music lessons should foster a positive environment and experience for people of all ages and abilities. This is one of the many joys that music brings. Anyone can learn to play an instrument of their choosing. However at this location, the music teacher refused to work with my child at first sight without even letting her show what she already knows or demonstrate her ability for music and learning. Unfortunately, due to this experience my child was very confused and upset that someone would not be willing to teacher her music based on how she looked and perceived her to be too young, even though she’s simply of smaller stature. Based on our experience I can not recommend this business to anyone and will be taking lessons elsewhere.

This store is lowkey the best spot to shop in town. They have all the stuff I need at better prices then Guitar Center and they will give you a free lesson on any instrument. I’m lookin forward to my free guitar lesson and I’m never shopping anywhere else. The dudes behind the counter know their stuff

I went in to buy a Roland RP102 keyboard and they only had the floor model and I wanted a new unit. Tristan couldn't find one on their order system so he bent over backward to put me in an upgraded keyboard the RP107. Great customer service. I am excited for it to arrive.

Very speedy trip. I rented a clarinet for my middle schooler. $15 down for the first 2 months and $35 after. I bought a pack of reeds and a cleaning kit. Staff was friendly and to the point.

Went there yesterday for a clarinet rental for my 6th grader. The gentlemen there were wonderful. I had no idea what to get or where to start. They took great care of me and I was in and out in less than 15 mins.

Love this store! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The manager, Tristan helped me find a new bass amp and even restrung my bass for free! He also gave me some helpful info on music lessons. I will be visiting here regularly!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I rented an instrument from them back in 2020 when schools locked down during the early days of Covid. I then returned the instrument in October of 2021. Everything seemed fine. A few months went by and I noticed I they started charging me monthly again, so I called them to dispute it. They said that they had no record of my returning the instrument. ? Since it had been MONTHS I couldn’t locate my return receipt. And that’s it. They’ve been charging me ever since. YEARS NOW. With seemingly no way to get them to stop. What a joke. They’re just like every other subscription company looking to swindle you.I have made a complaint against this company with the BBB

Music and arts is the best shop I've encountered in town. I'm pretty new to guitar and often find myself intimidated by the vibes the employees at places like guitar center put off, but the workers here are very welcoming and ready to spread their knowledge to others. Tristin and Hayden helped me make a confident and informed decision on my first electric guitar.
