I love Navy Federal and this is a really good location. The customer service is great and I actually feel like the staff attempts to help you out and they genuinely care. Great bank!

The manager is a heartless woman who would rather see your child go without Christmas this year. So do the employees.Navy Federal doesn't care about the military anymore and this place is a prime example.Anyone reading this! Check out and see if nfcu is discriminating you as well. Read the news articles out there. I find it jacked up that in 2023 nfcu discriminated against anyone in or out of the uniform.

I banked with Navy Fed for 12 years. Then managment changed a bit and it all went bad. For instance, they charged me for my car payment twice, that took away the down payment on my apartment. So when I asked for the money back for one of the payments, they refused. I made it very clear that if they didn't fix this promptly, I was homeless as of that afternoon. They told me it wasn't their problem. I'm a fully disbaled vet, I was blown out of a vic. I have no income aside from the VA. This company exploits vets for advertising and then creates homeless vets. DO NOT BANK HERE IF YOU ARE MILITARY. They see you as a guaranteed paycheck and nothing else.

I've been coming to this bank for years, and never once has any issues or any bad experiences. Also Natasha has always been extremely friendly, and deserves a raises immediately!!

Why doesn't a bank accept coins?? This is the first bank I've ever been to where they wouldn't accept coins due to not having a fkin machine... Why doesn't a bank have one???

Not impressed thus far, opened a business account yesterday and they deposited my money into the incorrect account three times. This morning I wake up and my balance is negative (for a new account). Long ordeal yesterday to then have to be on hold this morning.

I was ready to close my account with them and follow my battle buddy's to USAA. Bree assisted me as soon as I sat down in the lobby. She pulled out a sheet of paper and asked me to write down all the reasons why I was unhappy with Navy Federal. Then she went down my list and disseminated each of my issues one by one. I looked at her astonished and amazed. We literally sat there for over an hour addressing each of my concerns. I felt like such a valued member of Navy Federal, that I requested to speak to her branch manager. I commended him on how proficiently trained Bree was in addressing all my concerns. She even talked me into switching over my business checking account and that wasn't even a listed concern. Her empathy, attention to detail, and superior customer service are such a prominent impact to my reasons for keeping my membership with NFCU. Great job NFCU- Colorado Springs. Bree you rock!

Virginia, the Asst. Manager is very unprofessional and rude. She needs to be replaced if she's the go to for customer concerns. Shes clearly not there to help. I have come here and had over 20 documents notarized over the past few months using the exact same signature block. Today, I was told I can't notoraize my documents because the signature block. I said that's fine and very respectfully asked just for my knowledge can I know where the reason for my denial is stated, just so I can educate myself on the rules. Virgina, the Asst. Manager looked at me in my eyes and rudely told me to "find it...research". So she clearly didn't have a clue where it states what she's trying to implement. I really had to bite my tongue because I hate ignorance, especially when I've been respectful. This is what's wrong with this country. We have people in these positions that don't know what the hell they are implementing and just because they said it's the reason, it's suppose to be the reason. Sorry, I don't move off opinions. Now, since they've notorazied all these documents of mine with the same signature block as recent as 2 weeks ago under her supervision I really want to be petty and do all I can so there are consequences. Horrible way to help a customer get a better understanding Virginia. You are wayyyy to old to be that ignorant ma'am.

Staff at this location are undertrained, condescending and rude.I was in the process of transferring my assets from my main personal and business accounts to my navy fed account.Chose not to do so after my visit to this location.I don't know his name but the blonde guy should not be in any line of work that deals with the public.
