My MRI visit was smooth from beginning to end. Check in was easy. MRI tech (Shelley I think) explained everything clearly. Overall, an easy and professional encounter.

The radiologist was extremely kind and calming. However, the actually facility is older and more run down; not as clean and nice as other locations.
