Always incredible service! Our two dogs are very different and require very different care and meds. VCA staff always go above and beyond to get us in, answer all our questions, and most importantly take the best care of our family. Dr. Lisenbee is patient with both our pups and treats them with the utmost care and compassion. Love our vet!

My dog is aging, and we are visiting the vet more often. Dr. La Rue, Dr. Lisenbee, Consuelo, and Stephanie, you guys are truly amazing ? thank you! We get in quickly, the VCA senior insurance plan is great, and I always get a follow up call to see how my doggy is doing. Excellent professionals with wonderful hearts. Thank you.

I needed to get my very sick kitty seen by a doctor and VCA was so very accommodating when many other local vets would not fit us in. I was very impressed with how the staff scheduled us quickly--even though we weren't established clients.I was also very impressed with Dr. La Rue--she is an excellent vet. She was so compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional when seeing my sweet cat, Barley. She recommended several treatments for him and worked with me to as to how to proceed taking into consideration my financial situation. She prescribed meds, fluids, and a few tests . . . after a few days, he made a full recovery and I appreciate her expertise SO much. All of the support/tech staff were exceptional as well . . . huge shout out to Consuelo, Angela, and Katie who helped with giving my cat SQ fluids and oral meds--not an easy task with my little guy! I appreciate them all so much. A big thank you to you all.

Great hospital for pets! Staff is amazing. They really care for the pets and do not try to over treat things. Also they are usually able to get you in during an emergency which I am very grateful for with two very old pets.

Horrible experience. We saw two vet techs no vet. Their prices were astronomical. I'm 70 so I have been to many vets in my time. Never did we not see the actual veterinarian for 90.00 per dog. The bill for that day would have been 1800 dollar for 3 ear infections and 3 apaquel shots for itching. Beware!!!

We’ve been to a few different VCAs around the country and this is the best one by far! Our dog does not like going to the vet at all and hates injections, so the staff took their time to make sure Kaia trusted them and felt comfortable. Thank you.

We are from St. Louis, Mo and needed to find a vet for our LH Dachshund. They got us in quickly, and we’re wonderful with our little guy. I am super happy we found them. One of our dogs is older and I like knowing we have established a vet out here for when we visit every year.Than you to them and their wonderful staff.

I came for a first appointment here with my dog today and was blown away by how smooth and positive the staff made our visit. My dog is reactive to other dogs and has previously been very anxious at the vet. Within 5 minutes of going to our room and interactive with Dr. Lisenbee and our vet tech, he had warmed up and was more relaxed and comfortable than we've ever seen him at the vet. The staff even made sure the lobby was clear of other animals for us to walk in and out. I used to dread taking my dog to the vet because it was so hard for him and I, but I know I will feel totally comfortable taking him back and it is such a relief to have found an animal hospital that meets his needs.

If I could give a negative star I would...i have 5 dogs with these people..my mom passes and I spend 4,000 on dog care before I fly back to California for furneral..my oldest dog has chronic ear infections and this time because I'm trying to buy a house right now ..and so I order my meds off chew to avoid more money and they want me to bring her in before they can approve her meds..they have to see her..so they can drain more money out of me. They act like it has been months since they have seen my dog..NOT..I've been to ur office several times and u have done nothing for my dog..NADA..so don't act like seeing her is going to change the situation..u know she has issues in her ears..FRAUDULENT..I have cysts on my ovaries..and I take meds.. do I have to go back to doctors to get meds.. NO!! I MESSAGE MY DOCTOR FOR A REFILL..GIVE ME A BREAK..I get it if it's a new symptom, but it's not!! Is it about the money or the patient?

Just picked up my Maltese after boarding 9 days. She was "infested with fleas" per her groomer. I called VCA to let them know they have fleas. Waste of time. Flea collars are over $100, groomer special flea bath $20.00, and Frontpoint monthly flea treatment $60.00. Was a very unsatisfactory and expensive experience and their boarding "manager" blew me off. If you use this Vet facility, be cautious and check your animal carefully after a visit.

We’ve gone to a different VCA location before, & didn’t care for it. After having an urgent situation with our cat Kona, we gave VCA another shot at this location & I’m so glad we did! They got us in the next day, & all of the staff was extremely friendly. The vet. + techs were very thorough in our appointment & they really handled our cat with care. We got an adorable goodie-bag for our first visit with a free dose of flee medication, & received a follow-up phone call to ensure her prescribed meds were going well. We will absolutely be coming back!

Update: The more experienced vet at Animal ER Care viewed the xrays taken by VCA Northwest ($350 worth) and said "it's evident the bone piece is in the stomach and NOT in the colon". Nevertheless, my poor dog was still in pain, and so another set of xrays 5 days later at Animal Care ER ($260 worth) yielded no bone pieces present. Said the experienced vet: "likely the stomach dissolved the bone, takes a couple days for a t-bone chunk. Chicken bones take less than 12 hours usually. Likely this current pain will diminish quickly, in days. Here's some pain meds for the next few days. If pain or anorexia persists more than two days, return for a new assessment." My dog's pain was gone the next day. Back to normal. Skip VCA Northwest, despite the very nice technicians, this place should be avoided in my opinion.
