We've been here many tines with great experiences. This last Sunday we went for brunch and were really disappointed. The food was what you'd find at a cheap hotel during their free breakfast. The manager was great and explained they are working through some changes. We probably won't be back until they bring back a regular menu. Missing the loaded tots and barbacoa tacos.

Quaint, super original, lively, extremely diverse, welcoming, and tremendous value. Northern Colorado Springs is thriving and this place is a true reflection of where this area is headed. I can't remember the last time I've gone to an establishment and given all things considered, pleased with the money I spent in return for a good time. This is not your Ritz Carlton experience (although the GM made me feel that way) but it's not supposed to be. It's just good times with good food with good people at a good place with good eats and drinks. My wife and I had the brunch buffet - it had all the things you could want. It was all you can eat so I probably ate too much...paired with the bottomless Bloody Mary...it was time for a lazy Sunday. Last point, I am extremely big on customer services. The GM, Ray, checked us in. 30 minutes later we sat. An hour and a half later we left. As we were leaving, Ray says "thanks for coming in Steve and I hope we see you again soon." It's those little touches that keeps a customer for LIFE. Of all the people he saw during my time at this establishment, he made it a point to address me by name, on my way out. I felt special and will be back this Sunday! Notes - loving this new joint...finally a place for good entertainment and extreme value.Parking: Lots of parking as this shares a parking lot with other large establishments.Kid-friendliness: Although there's live music and adult beverages, this place is really kid friendly. I would probably no bring a toddler but that's just me.

Atmosphere was fun, and catered to young folks w pics of rock and roll idols and the like. Was expecting a pure jazz experience - not sure where I got that notion, but it was not that. Food was average at best. Great that they had a live band!

Love the brunch! Love the music! Ray, the manager, made sure we were well taken care of. We will visit again when we are back in town.

I did not eat there, but I'm sure the food is great...I love the vibe and the atmosphere...the only thing that was horrible was the KJ on Thursday for karaoke, he would skip us and let other people sing two and three songs, basically paid no attention to us...(Don't really want to say this is a RACE thing, but it def' looked and felt like it. We spoke to the management gave nice comp about the place except for the KJ and left. I will not return and not tell any of my associates / friends to go there until that KJ is gone. If you need someone who is good and fair I know plenty in the city. Other than that...I love the place...even though it was a 25 min drive...lol :-)

Just celebrated my birthday with my family at the Jazz Brunch and couldn't be happier! Adult groups were seated closer to the music and family groups were further back by the food and I found this added to the atmosphere. We had 3 little kids with our group and we didn't feel like we were disturbing anyone, but we could still enjoy our company and the fantastic music. The buffet style was perfect for meeting everyone's taste and the servers were attentive and friendly. I can't wait to come back!

Weird. The only food option was a lukewarm Mexican buffet. Drinks were moderately priced. Service was pretty awesome. Fun band. Just don’t go in unless you’ve already had dinner and you’ll enjoy it more than I did.

I love Notes. Went there with peeps for my BD party last year and we had a blast. The DJ was great, he played all our requests and was very interactive with the crowd. Our server was attentive, and checked on us often. The food and drinks good. A notch above typical bar food. Highly recommended for a fun night out.
