So disappointed the guy who helped us was rude, lazy and had a bad attituded! We went there and asked him to check our battery he told us that it wouldn't read and insured us that that it wasn't the battery and it was the alternator. We asked if he could just charge it any ways and he had every excuse not to help us! Fnally we decided to go some where else. Went to auto zone they knew how to check the battery. It turns out it was bad got us a new one and now we are back on the road.

Some many think super heroes are Nurses. However, tonight Joelle was my superman! After Auto Zone refused to assist me with changing my battery that was leaking acid. I went over to O'Reilly asking for help; and Joelle waisted no time and was more than willing not only to change my battery but teach my son how to properly change the car battery! Thank you thank you thank you!

Bought 4 batteries (3-car,1-RV)All batteries failed. New alternator on car properly working and perfectly working charging system on RV. Store policy even under a warranty is you must wait for them to charge the battery for 1-1/2 hrs so they can re-test or they won't honor warranty. Jeff Vapien and Dom Apocik at another location really went out of their way to make things difficult. I paid, without hesitation, for batteries with warranties. But that is not the service I received. I will not be returning to buy at this type of establishment. Their competitors are right down the street. I still need to buy 4 more batteries for my boat and one for my dinghy. I will not be buying them at O'Reilly's.Too bad stockholders!Bad investment!

My friend had an emergency because her break fluid went out and this was the 3rd place we stopped to get brake fluid, and the first place to have the kind we needed. The price was way lower than a gas station’s would have been.

First Dom, I believe his name was, processed to tell us he knew nothing about cars and that’s why I have a diagram in the car to tell me. After I advised him we didn’t have one, even tried looking online, that’s why we are here asking for guidance, all he could say is ‘I can’t help you’We spent the money on parts we believed we needed, stepped outside to try this part and immediately Dom told us we need to leave. While he was taking I told him we are leaving. Processed to bulk up in process as to assert dominance. So, I just spend money in your store and not even a minute later that’s how you’re going to treat me?!? Total disrespect! I doubt someone sees this but oh well!

This store just lost several customers. They would not let me check out the OBD scanner. I offered them $400 to hold along with my ID while I used it. Edward told me that he would sell me one instead.

I needed a new battery. I purchased one and when they went to replace it they realized it was just a poor connection and refunded me. They could've never just charged me a new battery. Life time business.
