Usually has what I need on the shelf, asking for assistance is a whole other ballgame good luck and hopefully you get someone knowledgeable to assist. You can definitely tell the difference between a person who has dealt with real vehicles and then there's the other side who knows how to use a computer but no idea what anything is. Best bet is to look up what you need at home and get the part number and just ask for that instead of the whole process.

Absolutely fantastic service. I forgot the gentleman's name that helped me with my spark plugs today. Oh my gosh he is a life saver and a true scholar. Thank you so much he was beyond polite I can not express enough how much I appreciate this O'Reilly every time I go inside. Everyone always is so welcoming and offers to immediately help me. 100/100

Was in today and bought a Innova 5160 bidirectional OBDC scan tool. Looks to be a cool tool but, I would not know. I bought a new tool and I was sold a used scan tool. When I went home I was excited to start using my new tool. I put in three new AA batteries and fire it up. I am confused because there are a couple of scans that have been done on a Ford and a KIA. I went back to return the tool was at first told it was completely safe because this tool only reads. I point out to the genius behind the counter I bought the top of the line bidirectional OBDC scan tool. Well then I could only exchange the tool not return it because they cannot return used tools. I guess the policy is to only sell used tools. So now I have a useless $350 scan tool that I do not want to hook up to my Mercedes because I don't want to brick my car but I still have the same need/use that I did before I bought the tool. For shame shame hold your head low you screwed up her today. It is ok I called the credit card company; seems they take a dim view when it comes to fraud. Tomorrow will try to exchange I will write an update on how that goes and what they do to make things right and make me happy.

Happened to be in same strip mall parking lot when my brake pedal seized((push button start needs brake pedal to move) and when Mazda Customer Service guy told me I needed to be towed, I knew from past experience that it was a problem that an auto parts store worker would know how to handle, and thankfully I didn't listen to Mazda(the worst auto company on planet). David was working that day, thankfully, and he walked with me to car and started diagnostics where he quickly figured out that my battery was drained, not a security system problem that Mazda told me. First he cleaned all the corrosion around battery terminals and quickly jumped battery which was still in good condition, and didn't try to sell me a new battery, unlike Mazda dealership, where they would have tried to convince me otherwise. More importantly, David is just a good human being which is rare these days. I usually go to O'Reilly's first because I feel like I can Trust them which is what separates them from other auto parts stores!!

Jon and David were both great tonight. My battery light came on while driving through the Springs. Stopped here to get a new battery terminal, since I found it was pretty loose on the neg post. It's tight now, but turns out the alternator was out after all. David tested to confirm, part in stock, $300 and an hour or so later and back on the road. They were friendly and efficient. Thx guys.

They had the parts I needed in stock for a 2006 Acura TL. O'Reilly representative looked at what I needed and helped identify the best parts at the best price. I would highly recommend this place!

Got my motorcycle wheel bearings here. It drives again in a day because she was able to cross the part numbers. Got them delivered to the store quickly too

Chase was so helpful, not only in replacing my headlights & rear wiper, but in offering honest referrals for other automotive work I may need done. I feel fortunate I chose to stop there!

Have had a share of difficulty getting the parts right lately. Advice, always validate your parts before tearing up the packaging for the part.
