Apparently, I'm more competent with a broken wrist than any other able-body at this store. They couldn't even figure out how to swap out a battery. I seriously doubt half the employees even have tools at home.

I've been a long time customer of O'Riley's. Betty Dr. store is top notch & employees very helpful.
The 5110 N Academy store needs serious work custom service.
The lady at this store I believe is the manager has twice now dismissed me in a rude manner telling me to come back or go to another store for warranty items like brake pads and today a battery.
I will not ever step foot in this store again.
It's doesn't take any extra time to be courteous & friendly when in a customer service position.
Thanks for wasting my time once again, it will help the last.

Marc is amazing! I bought pads from a different store yesterday, but noticed when looking at mine I found out the brakes are “heavy duty”. He thought to check out the difference, and sure enough they looked the same!! He saved us about $50, which we thought we’d need to pay. Thank you Marc! We will be back to this store for sure because of him!

My battery wasn’t starting in my car so I took it here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although they didn’t have much time they still installed it for me right then and there. The guy helping me even helped me out no charge by spraying corrosion protector on my battery to help in the future.

I'm a commercial customer who has been doing business with O'Reilly for 20 plus years. They are actually still in my phone as "checker auto parts" if that says anything. The employees here that I've dealt with, mainly Patrick, went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me, which is not a common thing in some parts stores these days. They are Rockstars up there! Thanks again!

It should be noted that if you buy something with Cash and have to returned it the store does not carry enough cash to cover anything over 50.00. The managers reasoning for this is “ We are not a bank” use Amazon who will always give your money back.
