This dealership is amazing!!! Super professional and very courteous about everything. Whole buying process was very smooth and fairly quick. Only other car brand that even came close to the experience was Mercedes Benz of Colorado Springs. They are both owned by Phil Long group so that says a lot about the company. I am very satisfied with my new car and hope to be part of the Audi family for many years to come! If you want a great vehicle go see Jonathan Lee.

I just purchased a certified used vehicle from Audi and I’m pleased with the service I received! Alec helped me by showing me the car that I wanted to see and he completely understood when I expressed that I did not want to lease or take out a car loan. After the test drive, he worked with management to get me as low of a price as possible so that I could pay cash for my purchase. He was very personable and I’m glad that he was the salesman I worked with! When I went through the finance department to finalize the paperwork, Scott was equally as helpful! I had lined up looking at another vehicle at another lot but canceled that appointment after spending time discussing the car with Alec. I would definitely come back to buy another vehicle from Alec!

First experience with Audi Colorado Springs and it was more than I could have hoped for. Alec my sales person was great. Charles S the sales manager took such great care of me from beginning to end. Really went out of his way. Mark W in finance took great care of me and the title department went out of their way to help me save on tax and register in my home state of Washington since I am an active duty resident of Washington. The price was better than anyone around by thousands. I will do business with them again no doubt about it. You’ve earned a customer for life. Thank you so much. I love my new vehicle.

I had been looking for a used car for a while and had a couple of possible choices in mind. My search landed me online at Audi of Colorado Springs. I initiated contact via the website "is this vehicle still available" inquiry and the response was instantaneous. We're currently closed, but we will contact you on our return, which they did about 10 minutes after they opened. Ryan was pleasant, professional and incredibly helpful. We live three hours away from Colorado Springs, so running by the dealership was not an option. He listened, took notes and let me know he would get the information I requested and get right back to me, which he did. Not only did he answer my questions, but he sent me the work order showing everything they had done to the vehicle during their inspection, which was incredibly helpful (it was a recent trade in to the dealership). Based on Ryans information and attitude I asked them to please hold the car and we would come down to take a look on the weekend. Long story short, we did. It was a beautiful car, just as described and the experience was enjoyable (don't get to say that often about a used car experience)! Ryan was efficient and knowledgable about the vehicle and the process, and when I was finally handed off to Scott (the dreaded financial guy) it was as if we'd been friends for years. I was aware I was going to pay a bit more for my used car than if I had gone to an independent small shop, and I am fine with that. They knew the car, would not accept one that was obviously troubled and took great care getting it ready. It was obvious that warm, friendly and knowledgable was their business model. Customer care was in the forefront of their minds. This is so absolutely rare these days I find it surprising, certainly not the norm. I only wish they were closer to home so I could get my services done there. If/when I'm in the market for a new or used Audi again, I would not hesitate to make the three hour trip.

On the day of my appointment, Andrew provided exceptional customer service. Honestly, it was the best dealership experience I’ve ever had because of the people. You are top-notch!

Came in for a tire rotation and general diagnostic check. I was treated very well by everyone I talked with and they all made me feel right at home. I specifically wanted to mention Drew as he was the servicemen I talked with for the most part and I was incredibly satisfied with how he treated me. He was incredibly polite, patient, and eager to answer any questions I had, making the experience quite pleasant.Highly recommend

Want to start by thanking the service department and Brenden for the professionalism, they were also very courteous and offered me a loaner vehicle free of charge because I had a time crunch and the services were taking longer than expected! Secondly I want to thank Ryan Ezzedine the salesman and the sales managers for showing me the best options possible for my budget and helping me get into my new vehicle in which I was not completely planning to do when picking up my service vehicle! They made the process quick and easy answered all my questions and made sure I was getting the best deal possible! Coming from someone who also sells cars I picked up some viable pointers on how smooth the process Audi of Colorado Springs was! I highly recommend Audi of Colorado Springs for anyone looking to get service work performed or is interested in getting a new or used vehicle, everyone is welcoming and friendly!

Incredibly professional, high value service. It is a joy to be treated like my business matters and this Audi service department does just that. From the gals that greeted me in the bay to my advisor (Dan P) everyone was engaging, friendly and made me feel valued; on a Monday at 0800. Not a grumpy, mean person in sight. Even the employees who just peripherally engaged with me were incredibly friendly. The facility is state of the art, clean, fresh, welcoming. Their service is top notch. It's worth to come here.

Had an issue where my car started riding quite rough at speeds > 55 MPH. I made the mistake of taking my car to some place other than Audi the first time -- not only did that place bait and switch my repair, but what they said was wrong didn't end up fixing the problem. In contrast, Robert and his team did a great job. They facilitated picking my car up from work, prompt communication the entire time, quick turn around, and the final price ended up coming in under what the quoted me originally.

Audi Colorado Springs did a great job with my RS 6 purchase after a 25 month wait since order. They kept their commitment of not adding a markup like the other dealers in Colorado on this rare car. For that reason, I would buy from them again.

First time experience with the Audi dealership; friendly, fast and the service is exceptional. I took my A6 in for the 115k inspection, and received complementary Uber rides from and returning to the dealership. They sent text updates and a video of the inspection. The waiting area is comfortable, and everyone is friendly. Highly recommend

Horrible experience because of service advisor Robert. I left 5 voicemails and 9+ texts on the Audi service text thread and never received a single reply from Robert. His lack of communication is beyond terrible. He never let me know if my vehicle repair would be covered under warranty, he never told me that my vehicle was being kept for 2 nights, he never told me that they ordered the wrong repair part and needed to pre-order the correct one, he never replied to any of my communication as mentioned above. I specifically requested to change service advisors from Robert to Casey because of Roberts complete lack of communication and was told that the Audi service manager refused this request and that I had to stay with Robert. I will go out of my way to avoid Robert in the future and recommend you do too. The other advisors I have dealt with over 10 years at this location have been excellent, the weak link in that office is Roberts extremely poor communication skills. Others in that office have told me that these complaints about him are common.

First time Audi owner so I never had an experience with the brand until recently. Had a recall performed on my car that I dropped off on a Monday and was given a loaner until Thursday. For starters, I was already impressed by how communicative they were before pulling my car in immediately, giving a visual inspection of my car and topping my fluids off before even driving away in the loaner. They wrapped my entire seat, floor and steering wheel in plastic to ensure cleanliness of my vehicle. I was sent a video of a 360 walk around of my vehicle before the recall was performed for both Audi and my own’s sake. The recall was finished 2 days early which was unexpected coming from a domestic vehicle owner. There were text updates of the status of my vehicle as well which was nice to be updated frequently. I was also easily able to obtain maintenance records of my vehicle that were printed out for me to keep.Overall for my first experience owning an Audi the service was by far the best I’ve ever had with any dealership. Never once had an offer from Ford to have a loaner given to me, let alone a brand new Q5, that made the recall easier to deal with living an hour away from the dealership.Highly recommended dealership in the Springs area with amazing service and turn around time. Pretty much solidified my choice owning Audi’s from here on out.
