Don't try to buy a car from here, they will charge thousands over MSRP. They will not negotiate on the car price or even take off add ons that are already installed on the vehicle. They also told me they would pay off the loan on my current car loan and then proceed to offer me 4k under that. This place is scummy and they don't care about getting you the best deal.

This review will do no good because they just don't care! They are the true definition of "used car sales!!" Sold us a lemon that wouldn't pass emissions, check engine light on when we got it home, tail light and blinker issue and gas leak. We dumped nearly $800 of repairs into it and still not fixed. They finally agreed to look at it after our lender said they should not fund the loan. It's been two months and we have only driven the vehicle about 100 miles and the first car payment is due but we just got it back from their service department. They called today to come get it but " oh by the way... we didn't do what we said we would because the part was on back order... we did something else instead. What? Does your service team just guess and now what you said was needed wasn't really because now you did something else? When we picked it up, they have put 500 miles on it while they had it, (they have driven it more and has it longer than us) it smells terrible, and it is filthy... we are gonna be lucky to get the grease out of the cloth! Greasy Hand prints all over the outside as well. We were so tired of dealing with them we drove off without addressing this! They are terrible at communicating and we had to call them over and over and got story after story! Do they really think we believed the lines of crap they dishes out? They seriously do not care!! They take your money and that's all they want! We told them safety mattered as this is for our teenager. I should have read the reviews!! Stay away!! Chad, Luis and Shepherd should truly be ashamed of themselves.

Left my car there 2 weeks ago (after waiting 3 weeks for a spot). They still cannot figure out what is going on as "the computer" says everything is OK... and we must believe computers! Nobody called to inform me about the next steps and when I called, the phone operator was rude and useless. I was in love with my Hyundai for several years, but due to this awful experience with Phil Long Colorado Spring I will not be getting a new one ... switching brands!!!

I had an appointment at Phil Long Hyundai for a safety recall regarding a fuel pump filter housing fuel leak issue, as well as an oil change and tire rotation. I informed the employee that I had a fuel leak from the fuel pump filter housing and that my vehicle had a safety recall for that part. I also mentioned that I had already removed the rear seats to make the mechanic's job easier since the part was located in the fuel tank under the rear seat. After scheduling the appointment, I had to wait nearly two weeks without a car due to the fuel leak and the strong fuel odor.On September 7, 2023, I brought my car in for the appointment. Later that day, my wife received a text message from the service technician with an estimate of $1,500 for recommended parts replacement. However, the text message did not mention anything about resolving the safety recall for my fuel leak issue. The following day, I contacted the employee to inquire about the safety recall and to decline the recommended parts replacement.I was informed that the mechanic had inspected my vehicle and found no issues with the fuel pump filter housing, which was confusing as I could clearly smell the fuel inside my car. I visited the dealership to question why the mechanic couldn't find the leak, despite it being noticeable. The employee explained that the recall was specifically for the filter housing itself and mentioned that they could troubleshoot the car for a leak, but it would cost me $199.00, and I would need to purchase and pay for the installation of the part separately. The service advisor provided me with contact information for Hyundai warranty claims and advised me to report my issue to them. After contacting the warranty department, they also expressed confusion as to why the dealership hadn't replaced the part. On Saturday, September 9, 2023, my wife received a text message from Mrs. Andrea Padilla requesting that I contact her regarding my last visit to Phil Long dealership. I attempted to reach out, but there was no response, so I left my contact information for her to call me.Finally, on Monday, September 11, 2023, I spoke with Mrs. Padilla and informed her that none of my issues had been resolved. She mentioned that she would pass the message to Mr. L. Chuck Todd, the Service and Parts Manager. Additionally, I informed her that my information in their system was incorrect, and she assured me that she had corrected it. She also asked if I could fill out a survey, but it seems that the company is more focused on making money than ensuring customer satisfaction. It's funny how they have a sign stating they honor US Service Members and me being an Army Service member for twenty years I laugh at the false advertisement.

3 weeks for an appointment. 2 confirmations by text. A whole afternoon absolutely wasted going to their service department, handing them keys, waiting in their lame "customer lounge" for 45 minutes to find out they don't have the part needed to fix the critical safety recall. They don't even know when they will have the part. Service department is full of friendly, but incompetent fools that don't even check to see if the part needed for the repair is available before wasting everyone's time. Go elsewhere.

So, a bit frustrating. Scheduled an appointment with a person, not computer, for a recall notice I received. I go in, and was told "oh, you have push start, we just need to take a picture." When I made the appointment, I was told the service would be an hour and so I scheduled it early in order to make the process fast. After driving an hour to the appointment I am told that my vehicle does not qualify for the recall and they just take a picture. I could have taken a picture and sent it to them and saved a 2 hour round trip drive. The guy, David, who helped me was very nice- no complaints with him as it was not on him that this occurred. The building is well maintained and there are plenty of snacks and drinks as well as clean bathrooms in the customer service waiting room. However, it was laughable that after taking a picture of my push start, I then received an over 2,000 "bill" estimate about all the issues with my car. Funny thing is that my husband is a mechanic and all the things they said was wrong we had addressed in the past year.....so I was like....hmmmmm, how did you come to this determination!? And I was told that they just go by mileage. They really aren't looking at the vehicle and assessing its need for maintenance- they are just looking at miles. So, what if I didn't know more about vehicles- I would have handed over 2,000 to the dealer when they are telling me I need services that I don't need. And funny thing....they said my oil level needed to be checked. Well, there is an actual class action lawsuit against Hyundai for this exact situation where the engine is burning oil abnormally fast, so yes, we have to check the oil levels every other time we fill the car because of a factory defect. So....I thought that was kindof funny. Anyways, I only went to this dealer because I had a recall....and didn't even need to go in person- could have sent a picture. Again, David was nice, but no....not okay with the experience of being presented with an over 2,000 estimate on stuff that was fine and I didn't ask for.

Big shoutout to Issac in sales! And congratulations on your very first "new" car sale! I've enjoyed working with Issac. Also his team of folks were very easy to work with. Scott, mgr; Dustin in Finance, Isaiah in sales (he wanted to make sure Issac was doing good as he was still new :) ) It was an easy process. All worked with me and even my kiddo wasn't bored through the process. I was casually browsing on a new vehicle for a while but I wasn't intending to purchase just yet. I knew what i wanted but wasn't seeing exactly what I wanted. Issac was persistent in staying in touch with me (persistent but not to the point where I wanted to block him hahaha). The dealership itself was very clean, well presented and all sales and everyone in professional and presentable attires and demeanors. I appreciate that. And no pressure into buying or anything. All went with at ease. Thanks all!!

I'm a disabled senior. My sonata broke down late yesterday. Called ahead to say I was having it towed up. I called this morning and was told they can't even LOOK at it till June 9th. I should have been told this! I called the other location. Same thing. He did make an appointment for the 7th. Was told if I take it somewhere else, it'll void any warranties. Very disappointed. Love my Sonata, strongly dislike the service.

We were looking to sell our family's old Toyota mini-van and we were able to send photos for them to look at before driving down to the dealership. Once we arrived at the dealership we were offered water and snacks while they appraised the vehicle. Once that was done they gave us a good offer on the vehicle and were very upfront on why they quoted us what they did. We were pleased with what they offered us for an older vehicle! The GM Steve and our sales person Dillion were very helpful and easy to work with!

It is impossible to get a timely service appointment. I have a burned out headlight, and I can't get an appointment for four weeks. This is a safety issue with shorter daylight hours. I can't imagine the difficulty and the potential expense of renting a vehicle when something is very, very wrong with a Hyundai under warranty. Once I have an appointment, I receive excellent service. The service department honored by warranty and replaced the air conditioning condenser. The wait was weeks for both the part and the appointment. They do my routine maintenance - still I must wait and wait for an appointment.

I worked with Kevin "bear" and he found me the perfect car. We had been searching for a new car at several dealerships and they all had a wait list for the car we wanted. Kevin was able to get us the car we wanted with no wait!! He was a great help. Very honest and easy to work with. He even spent time with us to look for a repair shop because the car had a small dent in the side which he was very open about. They took care of the dent and the bill. We are very pleased with Kevin's services!!

They want $15,000 over MSRP for a Hyundai Ioniq 5! Worst case of price gouging I have ever experienced.
