I called about a car and was told it was $3,000 more than the internet price. The salesman then sent me a video where he specifically quoted the internet price. He also said that the reported hale damage was on the hood and roof but otherwise the car was good, and he specifically said it didn't smell like smoke. He drove 7 hours to deliver the car to me after I bought it, which was great. BUT, the car I had bought based on that video had hale damage on most panels of the car and smelled like cigarettes and pot. It also had damage on the driver side mirror mount. Also, the finance guy offered me an extended warranty for 3,500 and said that was the lowest price. As we talked more, he lowered the price almost $1000.00. There were definitely integrity issues and up-charging. When I got the paperwork for the warranty, he had checked the bare minimum coverage and not the maximum coverage that we had agreed upon.When I initially posted this review someone contacted me about fixing these issues and has since been stalling on canceling my warranty and otherwise said there's nothing they can do. If I continue to do not hear anything, I will be contacting the BBB

Great car leasing experience at Phil Long with Kira Connor! Kira is helpful, communicative, knowledgeable and patient. We never felt pressured by her or others at Phil Long. We happened to be there for their Veteran’s Day potluck and were invited to join them. We felt genuinely welcome. We were also impressed by their inventory and ease of completing the leasing process.

Great sales team! Answered all my questions and followed up as they promised. Very easy to work with and listened to my questions. Provided excellent service and tried not to waste my time. From all the dealerships I've been to and dealt with I have to say Hyundai has been by far the best experience we've ever had. Emilio did awesome and the process was very smooth from finding the right car for us all the way down to financing. You can definitely see that he cares about all the customers he deals. We will be coming back here again! Thank you again Emilio and the Hyundai team.

My husband and I recently bought a car for Hyundai. We didn’t think we would get another Hyundai but after meeting Isaiah and explaining to him what we were looking for he pointed us to a Tucson and after test driving it we knew this was the car for us. Isaiah Never pushed us to make the purchase he’s kindness and knowledge sold us right away. We even went to a few other dealers to look at a few different cars but found ourselves think about the Hyundai and now amazing Isaiah was compared to the other dealers we went to. I would recommend seeing Isaiah if you are looking at buying a car!

Everyone was great at helping us find what we were looking for. We dealt with Issac. Although he is newer he knew a lot. The reason for a 4 star rating is because of how long we had to wait. We got there at 4:30 or just a little before and ended up leaving well past closing. We waited for over an hour on getting into the financial part of buying a car. My husband and I were so hungry by this point we ordered food online and was going to pick it up quick but because we were afraid they would call us back Issac kindly offered to pick our food up and bring it back to us. We would definitely recommend Phil Long to anyone but maybe on a Saturday they should have more people working in the finance department to help move things a little more quickly. Thanks again for helping us find our car.

brought my wife car in for service. oil change cabin filter reverse bulb . she comes to me the other day and said oil her lights are on . I check the car . No fluid in it . the reverse light was never change . now I have to get if the cabin filter is was done ! charge her a bunch of money and nothing was done . I'm livid !! I will get my money back and I'll never buy or have my car serviced by these scammers again . Make sure you check your cars after being serviced by these pos !

The salesmen at Phil Long Hyundai of Chapel Hills were extremely helpful and professional. They provided top tier service and I don't think I would have had an easier time selecting a car and getting approved with anyone else. I would like to thank Phil Long for getting me in a nice upgrade and I would like to thank Isaiah and Thomas for being as patient and attentive as they were.

We started looking at the dealership at the beginning on our new car guying journey. They were very helpful on helping us figure out which type of vehicle best suited our family. We returned a few days later to purchase a vehicle from them. Thomas made the entire process very enjoyable and it went super smooth for buying a new car. I truly appreciated all the kindness we were shown and the fact the salesmen were not pressuring us into a specific vehicle. We chose the best car to fit our needs.

What a great experience- FINALLY!!! We have bought many cars over the years and have had more than our share of awfulness. We worked with several salesmen during the day due to other clients coming in and all three were wonderful. Jacob made the numbers work for us and everyone was happy! Thanks to Isaac, Thomas, Jacob, Joey, the finance dude, and the manager from New York. We will be back!!

In June I came in to make an appointment to have my thermostat P0128 code repaired under warranty. I had 59k and it was covered. Well the code cleared itself and they said they are not going to do anything about it that it was probably a malfunction from driving in the mountains.. Well the code come back on around 68k miles and when I came back in the lady just said since it came back on after the 60k warranty they will not honor it. She wouldn't listen and was very disrespectful by just interrupting me while I was just trying to explain. Short brown hair lady at the service desk. She did not care and complained how busy it was. So people that buy cars here. They will avoid doing warranty jobs or honoring their words. Thanks wasting my time.

As a follow up to my previous rant: For 6 years I have been under the thumb of my warranted Hyundai Sonata with this service department. The immature service advisors do not return calls -- not for 6 years. If you do get lucky and reach someone, they either have a lame excuse or they make one up or they make it your fault. You did something wrong. I won't buy another Hyundai because of these "advisors". And we're looking for our second "other" car now.

One star is way too generous. I purchased a vehicle that needed to be towed more often that being driven. The service people are jokes, no communication with an inability to repair. I'll walk or crawl before doing business at any phil long establishment. They're crooks!! With so many options, avoid any and all phil long.

As a new car buyer, ms.Kira made my first experience very simple and comprehensive. She was very patient and very knowledgeable about the car and the process she walked me through without any trouble. 10/10 experience over all, would recommend.
