One of your employees/managers had the nerve to put a paper on my car saying the parking space are only for customers. That’s cute. I had an interview that day for a company right beside your business I didn’t know where to park. For y’all to walk all the way to my car and lift up my windshield wipers to put a note on my car.. I find that rude and disrespectful. Instead of waiting until I got out or coming to me as a person, you touched my car. Please be careful whose car you touch.

They go through a 3rd party company for debit cards. The idiots in the call center don't know how to do their jobs, and can't figure out how to send me a new debit card. It's been over a month of calling multiple times and having the card sent as "priority" with no results. I was hung up on, talked over while speaking and disrespected by the call center. Because of all this every auto pay option I had on my card including my vehicle insurance has all been late voided and I now owe extra money on many things for late payments because of this. They refused to reimburse me any money because of this. Take your money to a different bank. These people do not care.

I have an auto loan through them and they are always so nice and helpful when I call. And I can actually get a real human to talk to where as other banks you get the go around and talk to an automated system.

WARNING!!! AVOID PIKES PEAK CREDIT UNION AT ALL COSTS!!The auto loan department is ran by a bunch of crooks. Shannon, the "manager", is easily the worst person I've ever worked with in colorado. Other than providing terrible customer support and never returning my calls, the lack of knowledge and enthusiasm as a loans manager should persuade anyone dumb enough of thinking about working with pikes peak credit union NOT TO. Please, do not make the same mistake I did. AVOID PIKES PEAK AT ALL COST!

Patty and all of the other staff at the branch on Palmer Park are absolutely fantastic! They're so personable and we've been with them for several years. They always have our back if anything happens in our account and they take care of us like family I appreciate them more than I can express thank you.

Pikes Peak Credit Union the less desirable credit union we've delt with!They only care about their best interest and not the customer, been in business over 35 years in good standing but this credit union is not with the times.No ATM at this location, banking associate that don't know their jobs, information give is their best guess, rude upper management, mobile banking is a joke as well as trying to deposit a check on their mobile app.Your deposits get rejected for the silliest reason forcing a person to go into their location only to get attitude.I've paid my guys out of this bank only to have them get the third degree while trying to cash their payroll check or if they deposit it into their account at this location only to have the money held for a few days?Really the money is in our business account pay the check but nope they just make it harder for a person's employees to conduct business at this location.The biggest mistake we've made having one of our business accounts here.

The women behind the scenes was very nice. The bank tellers on the other hand, were very abrasive, u helpful and down right rude. After getting what I needed at my last transaction, I promptly pulled all of my money and closed my account. Good luck.

Refinanced an auto loan with this credit union 5 years ago. Aside from all the hidden fees, they were a nightmare to work with. Asked repeatedly for receipts for my loan payments. They sent one the entire 5 years I had the loan with them. Totally antiquated with their technology and literally unable to do modern day banking techniques.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

This institution operates like it’s 1942. I seriously don’t trust my personal information being handled here - their “app” and website have an ancient UI and you’re better off calling them directly for any issues. Unfortunately, once you do get them on the phone, the employees aren’t very helpful either. In order to make any changes to your account you have to FAX documents to them… it’s 2022, where can you even find a fax machine anymore? Would much rather pay a higher interest rate for a better user experience (and not to mention being able to trust that my personal information is secure on UPDATED software) than deal with this nightmare every month.

I have had an open account with Pikes Peak for over three years, and every minute of it has been a nightmare. Their customer service is terrible, and they consistently make mistakes on my account that then requires 3-4 days of phone calls and headaches to fix.

Ive been a customer at Pikes Peak Credit Union for nearly 30 years. I have always been impressed with the service, the friendliness of the staff. They are very professional and will go out of their way to be helpful! I highly recommend Pikes Peak Credit Union! You can always rest assured that they will help you in anyway they can. Extremely trustworthy!

DO NOT GET ANY LOAN FROM THIS INSTITUTION. Pikes Peak continues to threaten repossession and report delinquency on a loan that is current. We called and spoke to multiple bankers who informed they "Fixed" the glitch, but still continue to send the threatening letters. Pikes peak doesn't appear to have the competency to properly manage their own systems, I wouldn't trust having my money to be held within this organization.

After banking with PPCU for over 10 years only a couple of mistakes have happened and they are always fixed immediately, although recently I've had more problems with the new staff. Unfortunately the second drive thru line has been down for around a month now and that has made a huge impact on my want to bank with them, multiple times I have arrived to many cars waiting in the one drive thru line. I have decided to start a new account elsewhere due to this large inconvenience.
