there was actually a massive clump of hair in my pizza box and when i called to let them know brittney told me it wasn’t possible because “none of the people making the pizza have hair” so im very confused lol

Ordered one of the deals, the bread sticks were a little stiff by the time they got here but they weren't bad. Nothing was burnt; the wings could have been better sauced but a bit of shaking on my end cleared the issue up, mostly. They did dash out my order but I'm under the impression this location doesn't have many drivers so I get it; please remember that the 5.50 delivery fee doesn't even go to the hut's drivers, so there's no need to fuss about that (it literally says on the receipt the delivery fee is not a tip). Fairly pleasant experience (my dasher was very polite and I believe the store did their best)

This poor excuse for a business contracts DoorDash for some deliveries and steals tips from the DoorDash drivers. They have a delivery fee of $5.50 why then is the contracted driver only paid $2.00. I am a customer and DoorDash driver and have confirmed this on multiple occasions. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Pizza Hut and DoorDash. I placed an order for delivery through Pizza Hut, but unfortunately, the delivery drivers were unavailable, resulting in the non-delivery of my order.What added to the frustration was the fact that when I reached out to Pizza Hut for a refund, the manager was unable to process it promptly. As a result, I am now out $100 and left without the food I had been looking forward to.This experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied and inconvenienced. As a customer, I expect reliable service and the ability to receive a prompt refund when such service failures occur.I hope that Pizza Hut and DoorDash will take this feedback seriously and work to improve their service and customer support in the future.

I went into the Fillmore branch of Pizza Hut and ordered a supreme deep dish pizza. When I call they know my previous order which is the same all the time. This is gone so far downhill there are hardly any toppings at all no bell peppers to speak of no onions all I could taste was cheese even the sauce was skimpy, at best. So disappointing! I will be changing my pizza store preference. The building was beautiful new. But the food. Was so cheaply made and disappointing

Food was good. Service was not the best. It took forever for the worker to stop making pizza and come take my order. The Fountain machine was down, although she did offer free water, which was nice. The worst part though is that it stunk really bad in there. I'm not sure if there was a leak or something, but it smelled a sewer, which is not what you want to walk into at the place you're about to eat at. Pretty disappointed all in all.

After ordering with Pizza Hut for nearly two years today I am extremely disappointed in the services I have been given today. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and received a cheese that is pulling apart like card board and old like I got the last pizza no one picked up and has been sitting out all night. Ashley the “GM” I spoke to apparently said there was nothing that could be done and refused to replace the pizza or even refund me back. After stating I will escalate this with the owner of the establishment I later then received a call from a different manager Brittany who was pleasant and was able to accommodate my concerns as a loyal customer, as it should have been handled before. I am happy with the credit I received but I will not be ordering from this site again. I literally live across the street and this pizza is no where near fresh!

Two stars for canceling my order for me, we will see if I get refunded my money. None of their coupons specific to their store applied upon payment. Noticed missing items on digital receipt and called to get the situation resolved to be told canceling my order is the resolution.

I spent a total of $100 in about a weeksor two time. The first time the driver getting mad and almost a physical altercation happened, because I did not have enough tip money to give him (or what he thought he deserved.) I called the manager thinking she would at least have some decent customer service skills and be mature, but that was very wrong she was young did not care about the situation (laughing) & actually hung up on me. After calling multiple stores to get in contact with the regional manager, talking with her did not really seem to care or was going to do anything about employee who threaten me almost getting into a physical altercation.

WORST business I have ever spent a penny on. The manager is incredibly rude and STOLE MY MONEY. Delivery was 2 hours late, and when we called, they said they couldn't do anything about it. My total was $34 and I only got a $20 credit to the store. The manager blamed us for not calling back with the refund AFTER her employee told us it was already processing the refund. The manager is very unprofessional and does not know how to run this business.

I'm not the only one and this has got to stop BRITTANY the manager does not show you respect when they mess up on a 40$ order. Very sarcastic and nonchalant, and when I did manage to get some help from another Pizza Hut and talk to REGIONAL MANAGER it was the same demeanor. I recommend anybody that has a problem with any one of these two to do what I am about to do, can I contact with their bosses above them or corporate, because I have spent hundreds of dollars with Pizza Hut for years and have proof, and I should not be disrespected , and to treat myself who has a disability and who loves Pizza Hut is not right,.They need to be reprimanded.

It was almost as if I stepped back in time to a different 'hut! The service was fast and friendly, the food was amazingly delicious and the atmosphere was clean and inviting. Will visit this location again, thanks folks at this Pizza Hut!!!
