The man that greeted us at gate very friendly. The reason it was only 3 stars because receiving was not clear where to unload the product we delivered.

we have been trying to get in touch with Tammy for weeks and every time we call it goes to voicemail. measurements have been taken and cabinets have been selected and we have not heard back. we are now currently having to remove the cabinets ourselves because our flooring is being put in and we still cannot get into contact with Tammy. if you need your cabinets done in a timely manner this is not the company to use

As a truck driver I wouldn’t recommend anyone delivering or picking up! I have been here for 3.5 hours and the only one in a door! I was late by 2 hours but they have no reason to take this long. They took a lunch and I get it but then get back and go up for another break for a potluck! One of the worst places I have been too in 3 years!

Was told 2 days ago I didn't need an account to get 3 pieces of siding. Get there at 7am today to pick it up and they say it's impossible to buy anything there without an account. And it takes 14 days to start an account. The guy in the lumber department had a terrible attitude as well. I see why the ratings for this place are so poor now.

They are rude just over the phone. The person answering the phone calls had No customers service skills at all. He was impersonal, short and when I said ok thanks for the info at the end of the call and the person just hung up. Not looking for someone overly friendly with me on the phone, but a little politeness goes a long way when I'm making my decision which Lumber Yard I want to spend my money at.

i just delivered here. some hints if you’re also going to deliver for the first time:1. those signs that say receiving are IN FRONT of the entrances. ignore the arrows. very misleading.2. if you’re a dry van and going to dock, the docks are on the back of the building. if you turn left at that first receiving line, they’ll be on your right through the gate. i don’t like blind backing so i ended up driving through and going around the loop road to go into a different entrance so i could sight side back.3. early morning delivery? i parked right on that side street all night and no one bothered me. that coal plant or whatever it is was right behind me.4. employees seemed competent enough. even put back on my straps for me for my second stop! forklift driver was super graceful.

If you have any level of self respect, or any dreams you wish to achieve in your life, DO NOT accept a job in the Millwork Department. It was the most miserable professional experience of my entire life. I was a diver driver here for years. It is a drug-addled disaster. You WILL NOT make 40 hours per week in your actual position. You will be forced to go home early or show up late. If you want 40 hours, you will find yourself loading your own truck for the following day.The management constantly hires the most absolutely incompetent human beings on the planet to load trucks. Instead of actually taking the time to interview potential candidates, they hire countless temp workers and bring on the ones who manage to stick around for a week. You will be forced to spend you day with these low lives in the event that management feels they are running behind and need to speed things up. Which is every single day, seeing as they cant ever seem to get anything loaded in a reasonable amount of time. I can deliver it quicker than they load it. Everyone is too busy doing coke in the bathrooms. Which, you would think would think would make things go faster but doesn't.You will never be praised for a job well done. You will never receive accolades for “toughing it out” and performing a deliver that no one in their right mind would do. Whether it is due to gigantic holes in the ground or ice on the roads. Your efforts will go unappreciated. The management is an absolute joke from top to bottom. They fully believe that they own you. You are a pawn to be played in their journey to the middle, where they will spend their lives. Any joking and laughing about the workplace situation will be met with malice, instead of introspective review of the workplace environment they have created. However, too ease that burden, all malice will be in the form of slandering you behind your back or outright ignoring you for weeks. Recently, lower level management has developed the testosterone to make vague threats in order to try to preserve the illusion of dominance. Only blood relations, blind obedience, and doing drugs with coworkers/managers will afford you any leniency from these attacks. This is currently a terrible place to work. Strictly because of the people you will be around. I have recently taken another job, I would like to express, without induing names that will affect the careers of my former coworkers, that I will not be the last one to go this spring.Do not take a job here!!!!Good luck guys!!!Also..... I JUST HEARD MIKI GOT DEMOTED!!!!! Cheers to all who suffered.
