The staff is helpful as they are knowledgeable about their wide selections. Not the biggest liquor store, but more personal and convenient.

Not the most pleasant staff. The lady in the store was sweet, the gentleman however was quite unpleasant and short with his responses. Thing that bothered me was his response to NOT offering military discount. It wasn’t so much the fact they didn’t offer, tho surprising in a military town, but rather HOW he responded. Can’t say I’ll be returning to this liquor store.Selection was decent.

That mom and pop liquor shop. I'll give them my money every time I need to restock. I absolutely love them.

One of the only good wine stores in the area. Beer selection is solid selling mostly Colorado craft beers. Extremely helpful staff and polite, always willing to make a good suggestion. They do a rating system based on the employees feedback and they post these preferences in front of each wine.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The staff was so rude I walked out, didn’t even buy anything.

I am so annoyed by the stupidity of the sales person (weird thin guy). At the time of checkout he asked for both of our IDs (I and my husband), which was fine because he was abiding by Colorado rules I guess ( though Other states regulate to check only one person's ID to buy alcohol). But anyways, My husband showed his ID. All ok. My ID though was 2 months overdue expiry date. So he didn't accept the ID!! Its expired, sure..but he could have very well checked the birth date and picture on it. Thats the only reason why IDs are checked at alcohol shops. My expired driving license questions my driving ability. It does not question my age!! How difficult it is to comprehend?! It would have still made sense if he had to scan and the system is not accepting the card because of the expiry date. But it was a human check. Human are supposed to be smarter than automated system. Why are humans acting like robots?!

Wonderful service but is mainly a wine store, there wasn't much variety here at all for other drinks. I still purchased because I last minuted the booze but was bummed. I would have spent much more.

We quit going to Queen Liquor because of a couple recently hired clerks. First, there's one who went out of his way to annoy us. How? Our wrinkles, gray hair, and wardrobe clearly mark my wife and me as 60-ish seniors. Nevertheless, he asked for ID. And that's okay. We get it. (Beyond silly in our case, but hey clerks never know when or how they're being tested.) Things went downhill from there though. My license was one week overdue for renewal, so this very young boy refused to sell to me. Mind you, my photo and birthday are still accurate and on my license, if concern over selling to a minor were really the issue. We don't think it was though, because my wife wanted to make our purchases, her ID being up-to-date and all, but this same clerk refused her too, saying that he wouldn't sell to her because "She's with you." He then scooped up our things and ran to put them back on the shelves, all while we were still standing at the counter, dumbfounded. We could tell that he was really enjoying his little moment of power. We've never seen anyone work so hard to avoid making a sale, and to a couple oldsters in the middle of a slow Sunday. Did we remind him of his parents, whom he's always hated? Hard to say, but we took our business elsewhere. Had to. There's also a second clerk, a tall, clingy guy who's just creepy. Long story short, we don't feel welcome there anymore, which is a shame. We were very frequent, 30-year shoppers. The place is super convenient and has a good selection for a store that size. We'll also miss chatting with the owners, which was fun.

Went in with my friend for some shooters, they had an extremely small selection. While the cashier gave us a box of them to grab from, the man working there said that they needed the register that we were on and that the shooters were on the top shelf. I felt rushed by him even though I had selected what I needed, he was rushing me and my friend who were also making purchases.
