Frustrating to not be able to talk to a real person to ask a question and scheduling via the automated system was useless and I was forced to go online. Check-in process was through tablet only which was also annoying. I got taken back for my appointment in a private room as soon as I got checked in (10 mins early!) which was great because I had just gotten off of work and was tired. Phlebotomist (long hair and heavily tattooed) was kind, knowledgeable, calming, and good at her job despite having awful veins and being chronically dehydrated. I had to have a urinalysis done and my only gripe was there was no soap which was inconvenient after I urinated all over my hands. Overall, a fast and easy experience once I was there but I wish there was soap, somebody I could have talked to beforehand, and the automated phone appointment scheduler worked.

I brought in 6 different lab orders like lipid panel, a1c, etc. Only 4 of the 6 were run by the testing lab. I now have to go back for another blood draw. That is so annoying!!!!! This happens about half the time I go there.

Tried to call, no live people no voicemail. Tried to check website, couldn't get help. Emails, no reply. Spent a week trying to get ahold of anyone because this is the lab my insurance prefers.

Great efficiency and organization, Very stark environment with no plants or art on the walls, walls needing painting. No music or internet. So an excellent business experience; but pretty cold environment.

Technician was knowledgeable, very efficient and friendly. Was in and out in 15 minutes with an appointment. No complaints!

If i could give 0 stars i would. The women with the long hair and neck tattoos was incredibly unprofessional. I went here for my first drug screen and was very nervous. I hadn’t drank enough water and she was very upset with me and rolled her eyes many times. When i went back a second time, i gave her my sample (which was the right amount) and rolled her eyes at me again. I think she needs more training in professionalism and empathy. However the other women working was very sweet and was the only good part of this experience.

I have not been there yet but I needed blood draw 10 days after a shot I take it happen to be laborday at 10 days out.it let me make appointment online I still called to see if they would be open can't speak to anyone. So I drove to office and the person I spoke to there said they were not sure if this office will be open. How did we get this bad that a person can't even find out if a business is open the web site says may affect the hrs and that appeared on labor day. So I drove here again for nothing 3 trip to do one draw and we are going to fix the ozone this way. Just needed to vent it's really ridiculous.

Lady with lighter hair, glasses, and a bunch of tattoos was extremely rude to me and acted like I was bothering her and was not understanding of my struggles whatsoever. I am so disappointed with the way I was treated coming here. Do not recommend

My name is Chris and I was just there, and the lady who did my blood draw is a pro! 15 previous doctors couldn’t find a vein. I been stabbed at so many times, every time they try they have to get the ultrasound machine not this angel! One time! Boom, done. I wish I got her name. I’ll just call her “Angel”!

I use this facility because the wait period is short and the clinical staff are excellent. I have been here now three times and have felt good about their service each time. My test results (blood) panel are available the next day.

I have been using Quest Diagnostics for at least 15 years. So, to give them 2 stars means it has gone horribly wrong.
They are great at drawing blood and doing labs. That has not changed.
They refuse to sign attendance notes at this location. They used to, now they flat out refuse.
There is no one there except phlebotomists if you need paperwork or anything other than labs done. They don't give results, medical records, or lists of dates that you were there.
2 visits ago I arrived well before 4pm, signed in on the kiosk (the TV said there was no one ahead of me & no appointments), the kiosk said 20 minutes wait time which still would have been before 4pm. I waited until 3:45 for someone to come out, when she did come out she said it was too late and sent me away.
My visit today will be my last. I'm not ever going back to this location. It might be time to follow doctor recommendations and just go to Lab Quest.
This makes me sad. I am the most loyal when I find a business I like and it takes a lot of trouble to send me away.
