My experiences with this lab are always great! Today was no different! The online scheduling and check in are easy! I had to cancel and reschedule, no issues. The personnel are well trained, helpful, and friendly. Mary was the lab tech today and she was positive and really made me laugh! Such a great way to start the day! Thank you!

Staff is NOT knowledgeable about processes. They appear to make excuses for getting their job done. No customer service at this location.

The phlebotomist I had the morning of 1/22/2025 was so kind! Unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but please give her recognition for me! Not only was she kind, but also skilled. I have significant scarring from donating plasma during COVID and getting 17G needles in my veins twice a week, but she still made the blood draw effortless. Techs typically have a hard time getting blood on me, so it was nice to have someone as skilled as her for once.

No trim, it's your first sign of what's to come. If you're planning a walk-in visit to Quest Diagnostics, be prepared to schedule a time to come back. Same-day walk-ins often face long wait times, and you might find yourself stuck listening to their channel loop for hours. To save time, consider making an appointment in advance. They stay busy and care, but the process takes time and the metrics don't make it easier

Our technician Mary is spectacular! She took the time with my daughter (my teen who got the blood drawn), explained everything. Helped calm her down. She kept making sure my kiddo was okay. I appreciate how she talked with she about the future. She asked what her title was, and she wanted to work in the medical field, and she gave us info on care forward colorado. I didn't know about it and truly appreciate it. She was so very polite. Just amazing, thank you for having her!!

Nice facility. Completely empty. Came in 30 minutes early, was seen in about 10 minutes. One of the only places with weekend service and they get small children

Good place, every time I get my blood drawn here they are prompt in calling me in, and do a great job. Not my favorite thing to do but they help calm me down.

Don’t even bother making an appointment. They are never on time. My appointment was for 9:20 and I didn’t get called until 10:05!

I'm not sure why this place has such low reviews. I had to go twice in two weeks for some tests. I really don't like getting my blood drawn - a lot of anxiety. But the techs did great both times (I think Susie? and didn't catch the other name). Easy, good pokes, no bruising. Kept asking if I was doing alright. And the overall experience was really smooth as well. Check in is super simple on the tablet. I had appointments both times for 840 AM. Showed up at 835 the first time. I was getting in my car by 845. Next visit took a little longer because I think there were more customers that day, but not bad; like 20 minutes total. Again, overall, great place to go if you need to do any testing.

I was very crowded, approximately 13 people were there waiting. Although I had an appointment at 10:40, I wasn't seen until 11:10. Went it is that crowded and they are that behind, there should be a text message sent asking and allowing you to reschedule. Because of the extra long wait I had to cancel some plans that I had scheduled later in the day.

Easy to make an appt online, they send you a text link the day of for check-in (or you use their self kiosk), was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

most recent visit there was less then 10 min wait. the phlebotomist was cordial. excellent job with the blood draw I didn't feel a thing.
