Cashier was argumentative, didn't listen and was pushy about selling a membership.

Not great. The wash appears new, but kinda failed at it’s primary job, which was to get the car clean. Specifically the top of the car, which should be the cleanest based on the design of the wash was left effectively as dirty as when it entered.
Picture shown shows where I wiped the dirt away. The car literally just came out of the wash to my garage.

Just cancelled my membership. Unfortunately, my husbands car died in the vacuuming section of the parking lot. He stepped over to the customer service representatives window and asked if anyone could assist with jumping my car (we have cables) and they all said no, and watched him get assisted instead by another costumer, a mother, with her children. Thankfully for her, he wasn't stuck ou in the cold for long. When the representatives saw the woman step over to help him jump the car, only then, did one of them offer to help and bring a car over, but she had already taken care of him. We've had a membership for almost 3 years but cancelled today and will not be returning as customers.

Been coming here for over a year now - took one goofy new hire to get me to cancel my membership. Told me I couldn't come through the wash because I had 1sqft of wood pellets in my truck bed.
Ok - I go to vacuum them out (as I've been instructed to in the past when I've forgotten something in the truck bed), she proceeds to come out and tell me I can't do that because it would clog the machine.
So I assume families who vacuum their kids misplaced cheerios are also held to this? Nicely done new hire on a power trip.
Response to the Owner:
Is that what your team member told you? That she offered me a broom and dust pan to sweep out the wood pellets? Because that's a blatant lie. I was never offered an alternative, only that I couldn't vacuum the pellets.
I'd have been happy to sweep them away if it meant I wasn't going to be turned away from the wash. Ice and water in my truck bed? Excuse me? I keep my truck in my garage, especially during winter storms. My truck bed was dry. Again, another lie.
I've been in this situation once before, where it was handled properly and kindly by your staff. I understand your policy and respect it. But this team member wasn't any of those things. She was dismissive and rude, and seemed more interested in committing to shutting me out than resolving anything.

PRICE GOUGING! What used to be a $9.99 car wash today cost me $12.99, a 30% increase! The supervisor said they raised their prices so they would be the same as California prices. You’ve got to be kidding! I live in Colorado, a much lower cost market than California. This is clearly price gouging, greed, and stupidity. You just lost a customer.

I get trying to push sales for memberships, but these guys get full-on aggressive. Not everyone is going to take it, but switching up to bullying tactics and condescending tones isn't the way to do it. Unfortunately, we won't be back.

We had a rental car that we needed cleaned before returning. We brought it to Quick Quack Car Wash and got the cheapest clean. $9.99 for a basic wash, and unlimited use of vacuums. The staff were friendly, the vacuums had amazing suction and cleaned super well, and are clean was Spock and span at the end. Also the fun duck theme and puns were awesome. I would suggest coming here if you need your car cleaned!

I went to this car wash for the first time recently. It did an average job on my large SUV. They offer monthly membership, but the one time fees are pretty high. Starts at $12, and the next option is over $20.
The good news is they do offer towed by the vacuum to finish drying/cleaning your vehicle.
