Drove to (several) Red Box locations only to find the kiosk was toooo full to return my video ….message reads..” go to another Redbox location “ …not much fun, considering the cost of petroleum these days . SO frustrating !!!!!! Simply want to “return” the movie…shouldn’t be this much of a hassle ?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️

I wish I could give this store zero stars. I was having troubles with my card running through, and I had the meanest encounter with an employee. He immediately was scoping me out based off of the way I looked, and hovering over me during the checkout. He was just extremely rude and unprofessional, even after I profusely apologized for the inconvenience. He was short tempered and ill mannered, I was too flustered to even catch his name, but if this is the type of employee your store has, you should be looking deeper into the type of business you are running.

Linda, the service manager is an absolute pain after you actually call with a legitimate customer complaint. We have consistently followed the rules for clipping coupons for over two years, and they still don't work. Every time we go to the checkout, she instead would like to argue with you about how you're doing it wrong instead of taking care of a customer. We called after the lady wasted 10 minutes of our time trying to explain once again for the 25th time how to clip coupons that still doesn't work no matter if you follow the rules or not, but Linda said the most important thing is she gave us a discount after wasting a half an hour of customers time. She gives two craps about the customer.

Literally the worst service. Went because it said formula was in stock online and it was not. Then when I purchase a different formula it rings up the wrong price, nearly double. Didn't notice until after I pay so I go to customer service to return it because I can't afford the price and they don't accept formula returns. I explained the price discrepancy and was at least given the price it said but the cashier wasn't listening to me I had other sales that didn't go through with my rewards but she handed me back the return in cash and I really needed it to be on the card. Didn't even ask. I waited in the customer service line for 40 minutes to not be listened to. Several employees came by and a manager multiple times but didn't step in to help her with the line until she said she hadn't gotten a lunch. It was obvious she needed help, shame her management let her drown.

This is my favorite Safeway in town! At first I thought it was kind of small, but it has everything you need and the produce is better quality than some Safeways. I always come here for my favorite Oikos yogurt-they have a variety of flavors like lemon meringue that's so unique. The kombucha selection is great here and I love the Starbucks. The at home Covid tests are only $12 and there are always plenty. The self checkout is also a lifesaver!

Absolute worst service EVER. Store doesn't close for at least 2 hours. No lanes are open for checkout-only self checkout. No staff anywhere. Self checkout kept locking up when I moved bags to basket. You have to keep bags in bagging area until the end. But self check out only has space for 3 bags. Staff finally came out and watched me struggle to self check out entire cart. Watched it lock up every time I had to make room for more groceries and watched me struggle to enter all produce. Not one staff member ever acknowledged my existence or ever offered to help. Unbelievable. I feel bad for all the people who had to wait on me as the 4 staff I saw watched me but never offered assistance to me or anyone having to wait on me to finish. Been shopping at Safeway for 30 years. Guess loyalty doesn't matter-way to go Safeway.

I'm on my 4th call to this store who has made it obvious that they don't want to answer the phone. I would like to talk to bakery about a bday cake but no one answered for three minutes of ringing in bakery then I could hear someone pick up the receiver and HANG IT UP! I've called back three more times to the front which is also picking up the phone and not saying a word and HANGING UP ON YOUR CUSTOMERS CALLS! I'll be headed to King Soupers. Thanks for the help.

RUDE woman working at the customer service desk. Couldn't get her attention because she was on her phone. Asked her about cilantro, she said parsley was the same thing. Actually it's not. She continued to argue about it. Working with the public can be tough, but do better. No more shopping here even though we live close by.

As soon as I walked in (Eve have a face mask on) I just smell raw chicken. Whole store smelled like raw chicken. they should probably check their meat refrigeration shouldn't smell that bad. Don't think I'll get meat from this location after smelling the store like that worried about food poisoning.

I shop here all the time and I'm highly disappointed. I'm not sure if Safeway is paying people to post good reviews or what's going on but there's no way those are real. It smelled like sewer today when I went there. It smelt like sewer the other day as well and it almost made me barf that's how strong the smell is. They need to figure that out. There were no bags by the poultry of the and it was leaking which got all over my hands. They didn't disinfect between customers which they should be doing when checking out customers-very unsanitary. At least they had someone wiping down carts. If there is a mask LAW-why is security just standing there not enforcing it?? What are they getting paid for then? To just stand there and stare and take sodas off the shelf which he did when I was there?? Multiple people were not wearing masks INSIDE Safeway. During a pandemic I would like to think Safeway cares about their customers and their employees but this is apparently not true as this is sadly not the first time I've had this happen. On Thanksgiving there was a verbal altercation between two customers over one of them not wearing a mask and no one at Safeway did anything to stop it. (Happy Thanksgiving to us-no masks and verbal altercations.) Safeway figure it out and make this a safe place to shop.
