Bought an e-bike said to be ready in a week almost 3 weeks later still have no bike and they are still taking payments from meAdding to this don't ever buy from this place they will scam you out of your money and then will still try to charge you this place is nothing but a scam

If I could leave a zero star I wouldVery unprofessional service, store employees cuss at you and treat you like dirt .Show up at our house acting rude and cussing , leaving trash all over our yard and giving attitude to us , and left our living room a messWhen brought up to manager he acted like it was no big deal and said is that all?? What kind of customer service allows there employees to act like this , or even does nothing about it .Wow I will not Recommend them and will be contacting corporate office .

Do yourself a favor and use conns or if you have to bring yourself to Aaron’s. Rent a center is Very unprofessional you will be harassed about payments before it’s even due, House calls and visits. There’s no wiggle room. Conns or Aaron’s gives you a grace period before calling. Not to mention the quality of rent a centers product even when new.

Disappointed with the way I was treated recently. After I called to question the issue that caused Rent a center to send someone to my front door like a thug to "collect my rent" I was treated as if I was looking for something for free or if I was ignorant. Unfortunately this has been going on for quite a while now since June of 2019 I believe. I just think that all they want is your money and don't want to honor anything that was told to you during the initial purchase. I won't be returning to get anything else from them once my furniture is paid off

First off they were over an hour late to deliver my stuff. In store I ordered a semi firm (the step down from the firmest mattress) I was delivered a soft very over used floppy mattress that sinks in some places, pops up in others and is killing my back. I called this morning to request a mew mattress and spoke with Quincy . Explained what happened and about the mattress and my back. He argues that it’s a New mattress and asked if when I get a new mattress and my back is stil

Horrible never go through this place. Way over priced and they will harass you and your friends and family even after you promise to pay by a certain date. Unprofessional employees, horrible attitudes and service.

WAS a great place. I have several accounts with these people and have for the last 18 months. Most of which are paid off. This last week I was SIX days behind on a payment and you would think the world ended. Keep in mind, they have taken money out of my account several times without my knowledge and cost me hundreds of dollars in overdraft for their mistake and nothing was done, nor was I given any credit for all the money they cost me for three $15 debits that were not even payments on my accounts!!! I had my own profession thrown in my face as one of their collection methods, and not to mention they gladly took my money for a new account (even when my other account was already 3 days behind) but then delivery day came (which I had to leave work early for) and then they decide to tell me they are NOT delivering what I ordered until my other account has a payment too. I understand the other account being SIX days late, but don't you think you could have told me that BEFORE taking my money and scheduling a delivery...Anyway, transferring back to Aarons, where I never had these issues and they always brought me new stuff. Not made me pay full price for used, broken or cracked furniture and play it off with a "discount" AFTER I complain. I firmly believe in taking care of someone that spends a lot of money at your business and sends you a bunch of referrals, because when you don't, it only costs the business. Obviously the cost of kindness, respect and a little consideration is not worth the thousands of dollars one person can bring to a business to them. Ego and "being right" is more important than taking care of one of the best and most loyal customers. Absolute SH** customer service.
