After experiencing unsatisfactory service at one auto shop, I made the decision to bring my car to this shop. The staff here displayed exceptional kindness and promptly identified the underlying issues with my vehicle. Here is what happened - I gave Hector a true scenario from the last Mechanic from the day before, Hector said, if he couldn't find the problem with my engine noise, he would not charge me n his diagnosis fee of $100.00 - Hector charged me for half-hour n then charged me $55.00 (that's not half of $100 is it?)+ tax n said that my engine noise was due to (way to long to input) I had mention to Hector that the previous mechanic said, 'its my Camshaft synchronizer' he just wanted Way to much $$$... I ended up Utubing my vehicle make n model n found that the Utube guy is demonstrating the 'Camshaft synchronizer Noise' that Sound like the noise my vehicle is making. I purchased this Camshaft synchronizer' n installed it myselfCalled Hector back n gave him every Opportunity to make things right, he said, 'he could give me credit' why would I want to use u again if u mis- diagnosed my problem n then wanted to charge me Almost $700DO NOT TRUST THIS AUTO SHOP - HE'S A LIAR N SCAMMER
