Marty is kind and understanding. My dog needed teeth cleaning and hasn’t had them cleaned for many many years, because he doesn’t do so well going under. She let me hold him while she gave him the sedative and then I left and she preceded. This was the best!!!He is happy and looking good!Thank you so much!

Marty is an amazing Vet and she saved my dogs life after he ate a poisonous mushroom. Highly recommend.

Not pleased with the care my bearded dragon received. Three fecal tests, all done in house showed one parasite, coccidia. Three rounds of Albon which made my pet lose appetite and symptoms still persisted. Each time I finished a round of Albon brought in fecal doc would just give more Albon, the last time mixing it with something else. Still symptoms persist. Then switched to anther vet who was a little more expensive but sent the fecal right to the lab, found FOUR different parasites, not one. Four. And my pet is finally showing improvement on these meds and no loss of appetite on new drugs. I have spent equal money, about 200 each vet, 400 total. Only the latter 200 is actually benifiting my pet. First 200 was a waste. Wish i had known to speak up about in house fecals. One time… maybe. But when he continued to be ill…. A lab should of been mentioned. Rollercoaster has a nice, personable, country living feel and I am sure she is a great vet for most pets but my reptile experience was not so good.

Veterinarians must be compassionate when working with animals and their owners. They must treat animals with kindness and respect and must be sensitive when dealing with the owners of sick pets. Roller Coaster Veterinary Clinic has the Competence to connect with you and your pet. We highly recommend them!

Dr. Marty is incredibly caring and knowledgeable! I have been taking all my pets here for years. I called 6 local vets, and her prices are the best. She is so sweet to both me and my dog Bailey. The small town country vet feel is unlike anywhere else and you always see Dr. Marty herself.

I called around a lot and this clinic has the best prices by far. I've been in several times and the vet is always so caring and attentive with my two cats. You can tell she really loves animals.

Brought my dog in for a nail trimming and I got her back with multiple bleeding paws. Please, for the sake of yourself and your pet's welfare, DO NOT take your pet here. Also got a vaccine and had a huge welp on her neck afterwards. Couldn't get a response for days after multiple attempts of calling the vet during posted business hours!! Would not recommend with your pets well-being. Would give zero stars if I could.

Absolutely terrible!!! Worst experience of my life. This vet absolutely made light of my very serious situation in putting my cat down. I couldn't believe how crass the vet and her assistant were. I felt like I should never have come here, but when your pet is in it last hours, who do you trust?! Please, for the sake of you and your family, don't go to this vet. You will regret it 100% and still be left with a huge bill afterwards and no leg to stand on.

Woah. I sincerely cannot believe how rude the woman was when I called inquiring about my sick bird. No one can see him for two days which is so upsetting as he may die, but all the other clinics were all very apologetic in saying they had no availability. The lady that does roller coaster was just straight up cruel and yelling “had you listened to our message, you would have known we can’t take him today!” Me: “no one in the springs—“ “her: “I said we can’t take him! NO!” Me: “I was going to say, “no one In the springs has availability, do you have any other ideas of who may be able to take him?” Her: “no!”It was honestly even worse than that but I do t want to write our whole interaction. But it was crazy unprofessional.I actually can’t believe that was a real conversation with a vet clinic. Roller coaster, you need to learn how the heck to treat people. Embarrassing behavior.

Very quick to respond & had comprehensive knowledge of what we needed for our duck, and this was over the phone! Dispensed meds for a very reasonable fee. I've heard good things about them over the years, and can confirm every positive anecdote.
