***2week update. Came back to pick up part that was supposed to have been ordered and it wasn't ordered. Appears I Was given the run around as to why it wasn't ordered two weeks ago.I had an issue. Was able to finally reach a representative. Told me to come by. A gentleman named Steven helped me out and was able to get the issue resolved.

Had my windshield replaced twice in two years due to rocks, both times there were issues amd I had to have them fix it.They've always been nice, but I don't go to a windshield place for them to be nice if they do shoddy work.Definitely try somewhere else.

Receptionist was so unfriendly. I came there for replacement. Not for to told me off!!!!!Better to find some where else!!! Won’t. Be back

They are impossible to reach. When my glass was repaired in December, they were unable to reconnect the camera on the rearview mirror. I was told I'd be contacted for them to do the warranty work and get it fixed. I have called multiple times since then and have never been able to talk with a person or get the work set up. We are now nearing the end of March.The actual repair went mostly well (other than this wire they haven't been trained/equipped to reconnect), but the fact that I've been unable to connect with them for over 3 months is outrageous.And reading responses to other reviews, please don't send me a link, call me to remedy the issue or give me a number I can actually reach you at.

Cancelled on me at the last minute. When I called them out on it, they said "we didn't cancel... we just need to reschedule or you can come to us." No. You are a huge company, you don't have backup people? What kind of business is this? Sorry, I scheduled this a week ago and I needed it done today. I cannot come in to your shop which is why I had this set up as an at-home appointment in the first place. I had to swap cars with my husband to get this done, and so he could get to work, and I have been stuck at home with things that needed to be done, with a car I cannot drive because my 4 kids don't fit in it, for nothing! Everything with this company is clunky and automated, so it is difficult to get answers or an actual human being to talk to. So glad I didn't pay up front for this. Going with a small town windshield company now.

Professional and did a great job! I know nothing of replacements and learned alot watching the process. Hope the coming days and weeks continue to hold true for the work completed today. Highly recommend location! Better than my experience in Castle Rock even though they did a good job there too.

Jose did an excellent job of replacing my windshield and reattaching my transponder. He also carefully removed a sticker from my old windshield and I was able to reglue it on my new glass

I will never use Safelite again. I went in to have my windshield replaced using my insurance with a $500. I took my car in the first appointment at 9:30 after scheduling my windshield to be replaced days in advanced. I took my car in work didn't start on my car until 1:30pm when I didn't get a call it was done I went in at 4:45 before they closed to find my camera couldn't be calibrated. I was told they needed to order a new part. What part it was was not released to me. I paid my $500 that day and went home with my car. I was told the part would be in 3-5 business days. I called a week later to see what was going on and was told I would have to come back for a second appointment two weeks after my first initial install. I was then told my card was going to be charged a second time for $500 to finish the work. Two weeks later and $1000 my windshield is fixed. I will be fighting the second charge of $500 and throwing this location up to corporate this is absolutely unacceptable.

Paid over $400 out of pocket for the worst work I've ever seen. The rear view mirror was held on by a wad of tape and was told "let us know if this doesn't work." The problem is that the mirror wasn't even touching the windshield, not to mention the missing trim around the mirror, and when I told them "no, this doesn't work" they said I had to reschedule for ANOTHER all day appointment (made an appointment, still took 6+hrs) to have it "fixed" when it was never done right in the first place. This place is garbage, save your money and time and go somewhere else.

In shop experience was great. Location is easy to get to, shop is clean inside and out. They have a good number of techs that are really efficient. Replacing my windshield only took about 1 hour and 45 minutes. I do prefer the mobile experience to the in shop experience because it’s easier, but I’d recommend this Safelite location to friends, family, and anyone else.

Couldn't even get past the automated system. When you have a answering service that just hangs up on you and tells you to go online, well guess what.. I'm trying to talk to a representative. Hard pass*edit in response*No, you're not encouraging anything. Encouraging it would imply that there's another option. You're automated system leaves no options. No thanks
