They will not anwser phone, i called manager who said only one person working amd she had to do everything! This is really not our problem, these are medication that are life saving and to not have appropriate staff is unacceptable ?

Newest pharmacists are so rude. Went to pick up my prescription to find out that it had been out of stock and they just received their shipment on Monday.....it was Friday. So I'm like ok no big deal and asked how long she needed to fill it (thinking she would just fill it really quick like previous pharamcists would have while I shopped) and she rudely responds "Later this afternoon. Its flu season." Mind you I am the only person there at 9am. Then she just walked away. No "Have a nice day," or "See you later," of "Bye." She didn't fill my prescription until the following Tuesday. Couple of weeks later my mom has a similar experience with a rude female pharamcist where she was given the wrong prescription and the pharamacist shifted the blame to my my mom. Discussing it with my mom, sounds like we have two poor experiences with two different women there.I miss pharamcist Zack. For anyone who also misses him, I hear he's at the Safeway off Powers and Constitution now.

I go for a flu shot. "Sorry we don't accept walk-ins after whatever time." So, I make an appointment and go in. "Sorry there's a glitch in the system, and we're on lunch right now."Let me put it this way, these people don't deserve your business.

Lady shut down her computer intentionally in front of me instead of letting me pay for my script she had processed then told me it was frozen and she'd be back after her lunch she was late taking. I have tried to call several times during business hours and no one answers. Tried locating script information online only to find out what I had there is now gone. This is the worst place to get anything done at. SO at this point I'd die before I got my diabetic and blood pressure meds simply because a woman doesn't want to work.......

I drive a little further to go to this store. It's because love this store. Pharmacy staff is great too! Employees are always helpful and friendly and make me feel welcome. The only downside is there are not enough checkout lanes open up front but I think it's worth the wait to shop at this store.

The people at this pharmacy are great, but the telephone answer line is TERRIBLE. All I wanted to know was if I could get the Covid booster at this location. Think the telephone system would give me that info? NO WAY! Completely a waste of time and NOT user friendly at all.

I needed a cake made for my sons birthday. I asked for something very simple. Purple icing with green drippings down the side... this is what I got. My son could've done this himself. Plus she added extra stuff on the side and on the top. I specifically asked for it to be plain so that I could decorate it myself.

Came into grab something and some nutcase was standing in front of the exit talking to any employee that would listen about the "mask conspiracy" of course with her mask hanging down. She was looking for a fight:..like they all are so I just walked on by an extra few feet passed the requirement. Ya'll lost. Let it go. Isn't that what ya'll said 4 years ago? Sucks to have spat back at you with the same tone..:think about that next time.

This is a 5-Star pharmacy! I'm traveling through Colorado Springs and I was greeted within 30 seconds of walking up and they took time to input my discount card number to get me a lower price. They filled my prescriptions while I waited - even though they didn't have a big staff behind the counter - and I was back "on vacation" within 30 minutes of parking in the lot!!

Their pharmacy is why I am giving them 5 stars. It has been one of the best in town. They have a drive through window and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. They actually care and it shows. It's never busy when I have gone. I went before and after shutdown. Before the shutdown they did ok with everything but I always spent more money. Then when I shopped at other supermarkets. The bakery, butcher, checkout, and staff in general seemed polite but not overall welcoming then. . . Now . . . After shutdowns from COVID I see everyone wearing masks and staff wiping down carts. All the service has improved. Friendly checking out and everyone is quick to help. I found the price seems to be lower on some items now. The overall experience is much improved. The bakery has one person who makes cakes so if you want a special one order ahead. I am really happy with the much better service and experience. I hope they keep going in this direction!!!

I called and talked to pharmacy tech. PLEASE enunciate!! She told me the price for the flu shot, which has 4 strains....quad-something is the name of it. I asked her to repeat the name because she slurred it. Instead of repeating it she said "the normal flu shot". Since it had the prefix quad in the name, I asked if that meant 4 different strains of flu. She said yes. It was clear speaking to me as if I had a brain was not her thing. She was not about explaining. I can only assume she did not know how. I asked if there was a way to get the price lowered, and she said "get a coupon from "gooderex". Huh? I told her that I could not understand what she was saying. She said "OK" and was clearly ready to sign off. THIS is really how a tech is trained?? I had to call someone else and ask if they knew what gooderex was. They explained it was Good RX. PLEASE, learn to pronounce things. I can help. Contact me if you are ready for training.
