Store refused to give me a refund on a pair of shoes WITH receipt that I bought the day before. This is not good customer service. The dressing rooms are STILL closed so if you buy something YOU ARE STUCK WITH IT. BUYER BEWARE.

The cashier was super rude and condescending when I asked her to explain one of the charges, I asked several times and was met with no that’s not right. The third time she explained she had voided the charge in a very rude way.On top of that, prices are very high compared to other thrift stores, maybe double on some things.Store was very clean and organized though! I won’t be back.

My first time coming in to donate some clothes and the donation line was closed but the associate offered to grab a cart for me so I could unload my car. I told her that the donation was pretty large and she understood. It ended up being 3 cartfuls. On my last trip into the store an associate named Sarah came over and snatched the cart from me saying “is this last of it?? We’re FULL THANK YOU.” In a very rude and unnecessary tone. I will absolutely be contacting the store manager because this was unacceptable.

No longer a great place to shop. Nothing sorted by size and there are no price tags, just charts at the end of the row that do not correspond to the row of clothing. Very loud and aggressive Christian music. It is clean, but skip this one.

Love this thrift store, is my wife’s favorite for clothes! I was able to pick up 4 nice Polo style shirts, that I need for my new job quick and easy. And goes without saying at a good price!

For donations the employees are quite rude when it is completely unnecessary. They also will say items they are not taking based on vehicle. Sign won't say "not taking toys", and the guy will take a few toys from one car, but when the next car pulls up he'll say no toys even though there were no toys. Since we are bringing our items here to donate for them to sell, they could be a little more respectful. If you absolutely hate your job, there are plenty more out there. But with piss poor customer service skills your options are low.

They always have a great selection. Today they had a $2 sale on all clothing items. I also got several children’s books in like new condition. I make sure to stop here every time we visit Colorado Springs. They also have bathrooms available for customer use which is harder to find these days. Todays haul included three men’s collared shirts, a blouse, four children’s dresses, 13 children’s books, four children’s toys, a nightgown and a pair of pillowcases for $33.

My recent experience at this store was extremely disappointing and unpleasant, mainly due to the staff's lack of manners and professionalism. The behavior exhibited by the staff was rude and left much to be desired in terms of customer service.I believe that providing proper manners and social skills is essential, and it starts with responsible parenting. Teaching children how to interact with others respectfully and treat customers with courtesy is crucial for any business. It is my hope that parents can take the time to instill these values in their children, rather than neglecting their upbringing.I sincerely hope that the management of the store addresses these concerns and takes steps to ensure that customers are treated with respect and professionalism in the future.

I was kinda skeptical at first. I just moved here not to long ago. Also I haven't been thrifting in well a while. When I first walked in the energy in the building was amazing. The workers were really nice and they're was a great variety of clothes. I found 4 outfits that honestly would've costed an arm and leg. Plus I love the fact that I'm having less of an impact on the environment. All on all best shopping experience I've had in awhile.

This is one of the best thrift stores in town. It's near perfect aside from the fact that all clothes are organized by color instead of size. Take notes here management. Very spacious inside.

I’ve been to this location many times and have never had poor service but today the man who was behind the check out was quite rude. He told me to wait until light was blue to put in the card, when I did he said “I said to slide the card in not slam it.” I found this to be quite rude and unnecessary. Even his coworker made a comment to him about it.

Went to donate items and the long-haired gentlemen working was rude and unhelpful. He wasn't willing to help me go through my boxes since they pick and choose what they take. And at the end when I said "thank you" his response was a short "yep." as he walked away. Not impressed at all by this place.

First thing I stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for somebody to come check me out and the lady huffed at me when I asked for help. Then kids jeans are ten dollars, the same as they are at walmart. Even tho their sign says pants are $6. Then i was so mad i didn't notice that the huffy lady didn't give me my change. If i could take stars i would. DO NOT GO HERE.
