I just want to give Amon in the meat section kudos for always making the best chicken. It's a tough job, but he always has a smile on his face, and so do I because I don't have to cook dinner. I've given up Costco Chicken because his chicken is so much better. I hope management passes this along to him.

First time ever seeing an employee actually blocking the through way so people can't get gas quicker, and be on their way. I went to the other pump, so traffic could unclog, and traffic could flow.

This place is horrible took 2 days for an employee to answer the phone. Then I spoke with a manager named, Michelle, she wasn't helpful at all. Your store sold us a toy without the remote but you CAN'T discount the toy so we have to take it back from our 2 year old or keep a broke toy. I see why this store has only 3 stars. I haven't had my membership but a view months...I am going back to Costco

Just joined Sam's club with a special. They were great at the front desk due to a pretty long line. Was unable to get my card since they were out, but the lady made sure I had a card to use then and until they received new cards. Everyone was very helpful.

First our DEA is out of control!! They have made so that pharmacies only have a limited amount of opiates on hand. That means we have to call around just before our doctor's appointment to find a place that can fill a prescription! This is lunacy! The first said that you have to use one Pharmacy in one Pharmacy only it keeps track now you have to call around and a lot of places won't even tell you if they have them. So that's how we ended up at Sam's club! Now I know that my ID is expired and I am taking care of that but the woman was a total rude looking down her nose at me and my sister. She has made it very clear and obvious that she doesn't like anyone who is using opiates!! Now my sister has MS so think about it be mylar on her spine is missing so that's very painful. Myself I have ripped my ligament in my arm completely in half! This woman loves control you can tell she changes the rules because she wants to! So my ID was expired and yet she said anyone with an ID can come in and pick them up!! Now that's funny any Tom dick or Harry can come in and pick up my medication and she would give it to them, as long as they have an id. ID! So that means she's breaking the law just because she knows nothing if why but she makes it clear she thinks only drug addicts need these! Went to my doctor today, 28 days, as always,. Never had a problem, even insurance covers it 28 days!! Well kim seeking power says she won't do it till 29 days!! In my opinion she needs to be put in another department where she can't treat club members this way. This is the last time myself, and my family will be renewing membership!! Believe me when I say I will let everyone know about kim and the others working their in the pharmacy and how their treatment of clients !!

Customer Service is was not important to any of the employees I eventually spoke to at the Sams' Club on Woodmen Road in Colorado Springs, regarding a grocery delivery order I did not receive as scheduled. First I attempted to contact Member Services but they never answered the for 2 hours. I finally called another department and asked to be transferred to a manager. The manager(Maria) told me she would check into my order and call me back. She did not, so I called back an hour and a half later going through the bakery to be transferred to a manager(Josephine), as I still got no answer at Member Services. I complained about Member Services not answering the phone and explained the grocery non-delivery situation. The reply was "there's only one person working Member Services serving customers at the store, so there is no one to answer the phone, would you like a job answering the phone." This was a very unprofessional answer from a manager and it's a bad business practice. I am a customer too, whether I'm there or on the phone! I was the transferred back to the initial manager I spoke with, Maria. My order had to be cancelled with no explanation other than Door Dash did not pickup the order and Sam's is not responsible for that. The order not coming became secondary to the poor customer service of first not being able to contact anyone willing to help address and resolve the issue and second be treated as less important than other customers. Customer service should be impressed to employees.

hello!!! we are new in town and happy to have all our usual places to shop. especially sams! i do wanna come on here to say THANK YOU to the random lady who just went up to our daughter and offered tk buy her a toy castle and my office chair as well. she was so sweet... i dont know why she took it upon herself to offer my daughter a gift but it eas so sweet and being all her bedroom is in a moving truck this will help keep her busy while we get the rest of her things here. I

The optometrist at this location is the WORST optometrist EVER. I need a special prescription that allows me to see the words on my phone from an arms length and make out the street signs from at least 1000 feet. I told her this when I first came in. This woman has had 4 try's to get it right and still my three year old prescription works better. When I came back after first trial she told me to try them for a few more days. When I came back after that I was charged $30 for my appointment because it was past 60 days. It takes 2 weeks to get the trial contacts. The 4th time I was told it was my fault it was taking so long to get the prescription finalized because I didn't come back soon enough after picking up the contacts. It takes two weeks to get the contacts I came back within 1 week. The 4th pair are NO better than the first. I've never had this much trouble getting a prescription right and I've been wearing glasses since 1976.

Honestly, I'm not sure what the pay is around this place for it's workers. But there's one man that works at the sams gas station and he 100% deserves a raise if he hasn't got one in a while. He's out there directing people to each lane. Someone put him in charge of all operations haha cause this man is a god at running that gas station. Makes sure all customers have their sams cards out in order to make things more efficient. Well done sir.

This Sam's was nice and I loved their layout. We found just about everything on our list. I guess its true what they say. It really depends on the area that they may have slightly different items. I was a little annoyed by their drink/juice selection. They didn't have any of the things we like to drink. So that was a bust but, never the less they had all the kiddos snacks, food and juices they like.

Visited this Sam's Club on the 23rd in the morning and could not find some of the items I usually buy. For example the frozen baked chicken wings and the 8 inch paper plates that we always buy. I feel that the club in Castlerock is better stocked than the one in Colorado Springs. With the cold weather and snow we are not always able to drive to Castlerock to do our shopping and would like the one in the Springs to be better stocked.

Easy to on order online & pick up quickly. The app allows you to scan & pay as you add items in the cart with is worth it to skip those lines!!
