Today was the first and last time I will use curbside pickup. I was messaged that my order was ready for pickup so I went to the store. When I arrived I messaged that I was there and what # spot I was parked in and began to wait. I figured something was wrong as 4 other vehicles had pulled up, got their order and left in the 30 minutes I had been waiting. I went inside and asked about curbside pickup and an employee came to talk to me about it. He said “sometimes the system doesn’t work correctly receiving input from waiting customers.” It must have been working fine AFTER I got there for everyone else. I would’ve figured all the bugs were gone by now, but obviously not.

I mean it's Sam's. It's great. But still make sure it's cheaper per the volume bc the salmon is cheaper at king soopers.

I took my car into Sam's on Venetucci to replace my tires 11-11-23. My appointment was at 4PM. By the time they were finished it was dark. I went to check my tires and noted that the rims were torn up and was missing two valve covers. The technician mentioned he could replace the valve covers?? I then mentioned about the rims and the damage. He said if there was damage it would be the outer part of the rims. Granted it was dark. So the next morning I checked and they were torn up mainly the two back rims. Along the outer rims as well as the center. I called to speak to a manager they took my number and I was told they would call me back. I never received a call back 11-12-23. I sent an email to Sam's and the response I got was not the best. I sent pictures of the rims and was told that I need to bring my vehicle back in. They would have to check them and file with insurance to see if it will cover or deny the claim. I have called multiple times and left messages and no-one has reached out to me 11-14-23. Please if you get tires done at Sam's Club take pictures before of your rims, so you want have to go thru what I did. Also when you call to speak with manages don't plan on getting a call back. It's just lip service from the people who answer the phone:)

I dropped off an order at the bakery in person for a tiered cake at least a week ago. The girl that took the order said I couldn't do marble cake on a tiered cake, that's fine so I changed it to chocolate. Got a call this morning....a day before my wedding from Selena at the bakery to say I can't do whipped icing on a tiered cake. Only buttercream. Why was this not caught when I placed the order. Now I'm trying to figure out what to do about cake just 24 hours before my wedding. Stress right now is not what I wanted. This is absolutely disappointing Sam's.

Today i had A Poor pick up experience where they put leaking minced garlic on top a bag of flour. Frustrated I turned to the nearest cart attendant to ask what I could do. SETH was AMAZING! Made sure to help me load in the extra things I ran back in for and brought the damaged items back in and let me stay in the car with my 5 small children while he went in and did the exchange for me! Then had it loaded back in the car all in less time then it took them to get my pick up order out to the car! SETH deserves a raise and a pat on the back for making sure to make it right and help my eyes levels! Thank you Seth for making this bad experience be only a bad moment and not sour my taste with Sam's club in general!

Had assistance with jewelry. Girl that assisted me had great deal of patience. Did not get her name. Will try to find next time to let management know of a phenomenal employee. I had to keep sitting down, was bit light headed, she helped me to my feet as well. This person went well above customer service I expected, made my visit great.

Just started a food truck. I heard great things about sams. Was stopped at the door. Incredibly rude to me as well. They would not let take a look around without buying a membership. Absolutely terrible customer service. Went to Costco next. They welcomed me in great service and told me all about the store.

Well Sam's club is cool and I love the space plus the cheap hot dogs and pizza ...I don't like the door scanners those people over do it by scanning more than they should and plus when I'm doe shopping I want out ! Damn it!

What a joke! I pay an annual membership to have stuff out of stock constantly, rude staff, an insanely overcrowded and under developed gas station lot, and to be harassed by AT&T every time I come in the door. No I don’t want direct tv and why am I being harassed like the middle lane of a mall. I’m paying a membership for goodness sake. Ridiculous! Save your money and buy a Costco membership. Food is fresher and better, food court is 10 times better, and you won’t have trouble getting what you came for. Sams can’t even stock their soda machine, every tap is carbonated water because they can’t change the syrup like they’re supposed to. Waste of time and money. I’m cancelling my membership after this last trip.

Great location everything I needed in stock and very quick to navigate and shop- cart and twins in tow! I appreciate that SAMS CLUB KEEPS THEIR ISLES CLEAR AND PROVIDES VALUE TO THEIR CONSUMERS. TY!
