Wrote on Yelp, now it's Googles turn. POTENTIONAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE of the rude, unpleasant receptionist, Yanci. If she doesn't like what you say, she'll even hang up on you. She must have a family connection there because she is no person who should be answering the phones. Get a real receptionist, SKCS, one with a pleasant phone voice and demeanor. i.e. "Good morning, My name is xxxxx with Service King Collision Sheldon, may I help you? Easy, right....NOOOOT with Yanci!! Ive called and messaged my adjuster, I DO NOT want the SKCS to repair my vehicle due to the receptionist...Yanci.

I had high expectations for this shop because i always heard good things about them. My car was repaired with them last summer. The repair failed (things happen, not upset about it). So i took it back for warranty work. The shop was gracious enough to provide a rental which i was grateful. It was a small car and i have twins & a 12 year old. So i was anxious to get my car back.The lack of communication was astonishing. If i wanted an update on my car, i had to call in. And sometimes i felt as though all i got was the run around. The biggest complaint i have is when i picked my vehicle up, it was absolutely trashed on the inside. There was dust covering the vehicle from the body repairs. It hadn’t been cleaned whatsoever. When addressed with the ladies at the front desk, it was simply pulled to the back and sprayed out with an air hose. Still leaving A LOT of dust in the vehicle from the body work. I have young kids who ride in this car daily. So i have to pay out of pocket to have my car thoroughly detailed since the shop decided to leave me with the mess they made. I will never go back here and i will never recommend this shop again.

Got my car back from them today. The headlight on the side where my car was hit is now sticking out over the fender (on the other side the headlight fits flush like it did before my accident), and now my hood will not stay up on its own.

Literally the most disorganized and rude employees I've ever encountered. The front desk girls act like it's the biggest inconvenience when you ask them questions. They have no idea what they're doing in this field, were 0% helpful, and CLEARLY do not want to be at this job based on how they acted and spoke to me. I was hit October 25th 2023, called the following day to have an estimate completed - the soonest they could get me in was December 4th 2023 (ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!). After waiting over a month to get in for an estimate, it had only taken them 3 whole minutes to complete said estimate and take their pictures....why I had to wait a whole month for that I have no idea. I told the estimator what had happened and what I had noticed going on with my car since the hit - she responded to me "Yeah insurance isn't going to cover that" and didn't even BOTHER to take pictures of the issues I had mentioned. Afterwards, I was told they'd reach back out to me once they heard back from insurance. I waited ANOTHER month and heard from no one. So I call Crash Champions and ask for an update and again the brilliant front desk girls respond with "uhhh what do you want us to do? That's between you and your insurance." I've literally wasted 2 months with this joke of a business. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT CRASH CHAMPIONS.

I scheduled an appointment to have the estimate on my car and the repair done right away because that's what they offered, just to show up and have them do nothing but take pictures and tell me they wouldn't work on my car until the middle of January.

Paint job good but body parts did not align. They fixed but had to return .They also forgot to replacing the right radiator fan and did not put the radiator hose on correctly was leaking. They need to have much better quality control.

I am so angry I don’t ever want to deal or talk to them again.Then the AI text machine has the gall to text me on Christmas Day to review their performance and I began to relive the trauma again! I immediately began getting angry! Jess at Crash champions gets an A, what she says, she follows through on. Everyone else, I never wish to do business ever again! How can you do business with only texting? How can you do business with a broken phone system?Sincerely, Roger Miller

Don’t waste your time. Rude, disrespectful and blatantly lied to my face. I would say she didn’t know what she was taking about but claims she’s been doing this for 20 years. Insurance app said to bring my car in. They said to take it back home just to get it towed back there, probably a money scam. Said I’d have to wait a month and they were the only people that dea with insurance. Called insurance they came to my house the next day. Tried saying I was lying or something and wouldn’t include dent I said happened in accident. Claimed they would want pics and gps blah blah blah. Insurance adjuster didn’t ask one question. For 20 years in the business she still has some learning to do. Start with respect and how to treat people and work on not lying.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO GET REPAIRED BY THIS SHOP! THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND THEY CALL YOU ON A THURSDAY TO SAY THEY PUT A RUSH ON YOUR VEHICLE AND THAT IT SHOULD BE READY FRIDAY, WELL HERE IS TUESDAY AND THEYRE STILL WAITING FOR PARTS! GO ELSEWHERE. ILL BE LETTING THE INSURANCE KNOW THIS SHOP IS NOT TRUST WORTHY.
