Shout out to Vernice for telling me as a Mixed man I have to be black. Thanks you for telling me my wife from Argentina is a "Basic White Colorado Girl". Of course the big thing is I shaved my afro and now im white again based on her comments. Seriously when the cashiers did drugs at least they were not hateful people. I miss a mofo napping on the job because at least I was allowed to be just a normal damn American!

I come just for the gas, the shell app makes the gas cheaper, the store is small and no restrooms.

Very good place to fill your tank, very good staff, today being December 26 between 3 and 4 pm I had a very good experience; Due to the stress of these days I paid for the fuel and did not charge it, I went to the nearby supermarket, I did my shopping and when I left I noticed that it did not charge the fuel; As soon as I got to the gas station, I went in and the person in charge looked at me and told me that he had it resolved without me saying a word; What honest, attentive and dedicated staff in their work; excelent service; THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Dishonest and deceitful. On Sep 26th of 2023, my diesel truck broke down (2019 GMC Canyon never had issues). On the 25th of Sep I filled up half my tank with fuel from this Shell station. After my truck broke down I had it towed to a local Mechanic shop. The local mechanics found out there was unleaded fuel in my truck. The repairs cost me $5038. They asked me if I had a receipt of my last fuel up. I informed them "of course I do" because I always get an electronic copy. So I checked my email and sure enough...no receipt. (I mention this because I always fill up there because they usually have one of the lowest prices for diesel). So I went to the actual Shell station itself to retrieve the receipt. They informed me their systems were wiped of data on the 25th of Sep and forward. I was able to get a camera recording of me filling up my truck with the GREEN nozzle (diesel). So I called Shell and I sent them the copy of the receipts of every time I filled up there (which was almost every other day). They said they would do an investigation. After a month of not hearing from them. They informed me there was no mal treatment on their end. I will never go back to a Shell gas station and as a military member in the USAF I've let all my family and friends to never go there.

We always stop here because it’s cheap for gas plus we get fuel rewards on top of that. Staff is always friendly and helpful

Do not go here at night the black guy Dee is very rude and over charges and believe me it wasn't an accident I asked for a refill of a soda and showed him the cup before filling it up and he refused to give the refill price corporate will be hearing about it if you need gas or a soda or anything there is a Murphy gas station literally one block away to the East on Austin bluffs I would recommend going there over this shell any day
