Outstanding service from Myra .Very pleasant cashier every time I have been there. I give her 10 out of 10 on customer service. You should be proud to have an employee like her. Thanks Myra! You’re a gem!!!!!

Avoid at all cost.
Just left and walked out with items on the counter. Cashier/attendant was rude and on his phone texting between customers, despite a line in the store, making each customer wait on him to finish his texting. When he got done with text while I was waiting; Was not the only person that he ended up having vulgar words with and walking out.
Seems this business does not care and gives Shell a bad name, as customer service and attitude and attention issues plague this locations reviews.

So I come down here and it’s not ?
How hard is it just to be honest about simple things ?
If your not open 24 hours a day then don’t tell everyone that you are !! Really it just being honest!!!

I was in there earlier today to get some snacks for a bus ride out of town, so I went into shell to get some snacks. I got a drink and chips and as I was looking at the candy, the associate at the register popped her head over to look at me and it made me really uncomfortable so I decided to just skip the candy and pay for my chips and drink. Soon as I got to the register I was asked “did you grab anything?” Confused by the question I told the associate I grabbed the drink and chips that I had on the register. I let her know I have a clear backpack if she was insinuating I was stealing. Then she makes up a lie and says “oh no I thought you forgot something over there.” I was clearly being racially discriminated against in this store and don’t take too kindly to it. I don’t even have candy for my trip but it’s just the horrible shopping experience that I didnt deserve. I should literally sue this location for discrimination, poor costumer service and intimidation!

Cashier was on a personal call during the entire visit behind the counter. When asked to unlock the womens restroom door instead to unlock mens restroom door. Said I was not a man and was given a reply of "it's the one I unlocked.". Ended up not using the restroom.

I love getting gas at this convenient location! ⛽️
If you are just paying for gas ⛽️ at the pump or going through the automatic car wash- this location may be for you!
If you want to use the bathroom or buy something at the convenience store- I would avoid this location.
The customer service is very bad! I have gone in a couple times and each interaction with staff has been awful! They are very rude to people! I once witnessed a staff member yelling at a customer and then chasing him outside. With the level of hostility towards customers- I have experienced- I am honestly surprised that this store is still open!

Extremely unprofessional employees. The gas pump doesn't register when your tank is full, but if you complain the staff will berate you and say that you're a poor car owner.

Horrible customer service. I was treated wrong just because I wanted to use the bathroom. I felt like I was bothering the cashier. And then he called me a sir. I am a ma'am.. He made me feel like I was not welcomed there.

Don't shop here don't go here. I went here with my disabled son to buy gas, food and use the restroom. The manager behind the desk told me it was locked and I couldn't use it. It wasn't theres a keypad on the door. So I changed my 13 yr old disabled son in my car and cleaned up the best I could. It is illegal for you to not have a public restroom in Colorado. Shame on you

Absolutely ridiculous. For the last couple months, whoever is on shift around 2 am has shut the entire store down and allowed homeless people in the store to do God knows what, and it smells like they used the store as a hotbox. Customers knocking on the door and people in the store sitting on counters and just staring. The same handwritten sign saying closed for straightening up. And this isn't just for an hour or too, this is a good three or four hours. WHERE is the management?

Dude with the dew rag working behind the counter has a bad attitude everytime we come in. I wouldn't recommend going there for anything unless you have to.

Good quality fuel and at a affordable price. I will search for a shell gas station over any others.
