Taking my service dog for cancer treatment. Doctors and Staff are Excellent! Would recommend them for anyone's pet!

I can’t say enough good about this place. My vet was trying to get us in here after discovering that my cat had cancer, but I originally went to another clinic just to get things started. Once we switched here things started to feel a lot less heavy. I know I was a wreck in the beginning of this process and the entire staff has always been caring and thorough in their explanations. They are accommodating and I’ve never loved a vet so much for my cat. They provide snacks and drinks, which can be very comforting in the sadder visits. Fortunately, my cat has been doing well so far. We have her on palliative chemo. Making those kinds of choices regarding her life and care get impossible at first. Thank you to the entire team and her doctor, Dr. Beck R-M. He has always answered every question I’ve had promptly and seems to really have an eye for detail/behavior patterns. After a few moves around and a few vets later, I am so thankful I’ve had SCVIM when things got truly tough.

They’re so attentive and compassionate, the whole staff is incredible. Dr. McReynolds is especially patient with us! Erika is my dog’s favorite, though… she gives him the best treats when the do a blood draw.

Dr. Arnold did all she could to help my sick kitty. The time she took to explain procedures and treatments and answer my questions helped me so much. She was so understanding of the situation and the stress it brought. I was always comforted after speaking with her. Unfortunately, the cancer overtook my kitty quicker than we could have imagined but I still appreciate everything Dr. Arnold and the team did for us along the way.

They got our puppy back to good health when no other place could diagnose her Addison's. They continue to work with us to keep her healthy. The staff is always nice and helpful.

Thank you so much to Dr. Miles, and all of the vets, vet techs, Jessica at the front desk for her sunshine, everyone at southern Colorado veterinary internal medicine. You saved my Winnie’s life. I wouldn’t hesitate to take my animals here for a second. Arguably the best veterinary staff in Colorado.

Incredible team of doctors, vet techs, and receptionist. The experience was hard enough on its own, we took great comfort in the level of service and compassion from these experts. Wish I could have found them sooner! I am sincerely grateful for how hard they fought to try to save my cat Atticus. Conversations with the doctor were never rushed and helped us understand the severity of his condition. We appreciate all you do and will be back!

I’ve had my dog Gamora there for over 2 weeks now and for the most part everyone there is great ! But I did have a problem with Dr Garcia wanting to put her down as soon as we found out it was fungal and that took a week. I requested we put her on medication that I found in a medical journal called posaconazole and she said no it wouldn’t work. After another week of trying the meds she ordered no change one of which was $2000 for a few days treatment and made her worse and now Dr Bangert started her on The med I asked for a week ago yesterday . It’s too early to tell but it upsets me is that we lost that week where this treatment could’ve gotten to her sooner and it’s way more affordable . We are up to $30,000 now and that extra week sure wasn’t cheap. But I love would give 5 stars to Dr Bangert and the nurses too. I just feel like it took so long to treat Gamora with the right medication she might not make it

In March, we started Jesse's chemo journey in the hopes of prolonging her quality of life. Today, Jesse has been marked in full remission and I'm so so proud of her. We could not have done this without her AMAZING medical team. With cancer you never know exactly how long you'll have with your loved ones, but I'm so grateful for every day with our girl. I couldn't be happier with the care we have received through SCVIM, they have been compassionate and open with us from day one. Thank you all for loving my girl as much as I do.

While it's never fun having to go to the vet, the staff here makes the experience as pleasant as possible. Erlich has been there twice in the last week, and he's met so many kind people. I think he actually has fun going there! Everyone seems to truly care about the animals, and they're willing to spend a good amount of time to ensure they are well taken care of. While it's a little pricey, it's worth knowing Erlich is in good hands!

Dr. McReynolds treated my pup as if he was his own. My 2.5 year old pup ended up passing away, but I never doubted he was in the absolute best hands. Even after he passed, Dr. McReynolds fought for answers. I hope I never need internal medicine care for another dog, but if I do... this is the only place I will go.

The doctors and staff are very empathic and very helpful. This isn't a place you'd really WANT to go, but when you need to get help for your dog they are the people to trust.

This facility, Dr Keith and the Dr who help me send my best friend Buddy to heaven due to health issues yesterday.....I highly recommend them! They are kind, soft, patient, loving, supportive and prompt.To the staff and Dr's THANK YOU for all of your love and care for my buddy!!! Words can't express my gratitude ?? ✨️ ❤️

If you need specialized diagnostics and care for your dog, this is the place as far as I'm concerned. No, it's not cheap. Do you know any specialized doctor office where care is cheap? But your pet will get some dang good care there.
