Choose this dealership! They have three locations which all have beautiful Vehicles. The customer service is outstanding! I had such an awesome experience as a first time car buyer at this establishment! The employees are very helpful kind and will do anything in their power to make sure that you have the easiest experience possible. personally, Ivan ,Andres, Patrick, Ian, and tashyla Have been who helped me and encourage to call anytime if there were to be any issues. In that instance, they are on top of getting me and my car to help it needs and they always check up and make sure you’re enjoying your vehicle.

Tashyla Vigil is one outstanding human being and great sales person. She was professional and polite and went out of her way to help me. She even did a VIN verification sheet for me! I have been in sales for 30++ years! It was refreshing to chat and be helped by this awesome person. I highly recommend her.

What a seamless experience. I only came for a VIN verification but was treated with the utmost respect as if I was buying a new car off the lot. I was greeted in the parking lot by Angel before I could walk even halfway to the building. He walked me through the whole process and had me out the door in less than 5 minutes! Excellent customer service!

Roy was so helpful when I had questions about my car and also he was happy to help me with a Vin inspection. Highly recommended! There were other places that said they provided vin inspections and didn’t. I’m glad I found Springs Automotive Group! Very nice selection of vehicles as well.
