This store is very expensive! For the average family this store is not ideal. I thought the store was neat and clean but extremely overpriced.

Sprouts is not a real grocery store, but these days it's sometimes the best we've got. Selection here is limited, and is highly focused on trendy/hippy/sensitive products. If you need packaged vegan food or frozen gluten-free options, I guess this is the place. Produce at most Sprouts locations tends to be overpriced (except during occasional sales) and sometimes out of date. For general grocery shopping, you may find yourself out of luck here if you have a list. But the products they do sell are often of good quality (except the produce), and if you are flexible it's good enough.

This place is badass! Fruits and vegetables are fresh and a great price. Also love the popcorn and chocolate nuts.

This location is wonderful! It has such helpful employees and a FANTASTIC selection of foods to meet my allergy restrictions! Will keep coming back!Update: March 2023Another great shopping experience today. An employee greeted me as soon as I walked in the door with a smile and a genuine salutation, and there were employees to help throughout the entire store in all sections. In addition, at self-checkout, I had a few issues with the labels not scanning and the employee assisted me with a smile. Fantastic customer service!! Will continue to come back here for my dietary needs!Update April 2023The only store even remotely local (an hour drive each way for me) that has the dietary and allergy friendly foods I can eat! It is WONDERFUL!!!! And will keep coming here! Their mangos....ridiculously yummy....and prices are fair. I mean this stuff is expensive...it just is what it is, which is frustrating when you have no choice and have to eat this stuff. However, they do have great sales. I found my chicken cauliflower rice soup on sale from 5.99 a jar to 3.99 a jar and picked up a bunch. 3.99 a jar is Progresso can prices so I'll take it!

Sprouts is good for some things, expensive for others. Today, during our grocery circuit, I had to use the restroom in the store. An employee came in right after me, slammed the stall door, and proceeded to use the toilet. When done, he popped his hands under the faucet for literally one second, checked himself out in the mirror, and left. Went back to stocking produce. I mentioned to another employee (Jeff the butcher) that he should probably wash with soap and water, especially considering some of the noises coming out of his stall. Jeff decided to lie and say he washed his hands elsewhere- a stupid lie considering I had seen the whole thing transpire. Jeff was inexplicably obstinate. At the end of our discussion, Jeff gave me a praying hand gesture and said "love not hate bro" in condescending manner that suggested I was being abrasive for thinking people that handle food should hold a certain standard. Weird; I like love too. But I also enjoy not having diarrhea. Considering the infectious diseases circulating, I question Jeff and the other employee's competence with regard to hygienic practices, particularly considering their proximity to produce and meat. The manager was kind and said she'd handle it.

Please read previous comments. This is a TERRIBLE place to work. Last minute schedule changes, entire departments hours get docked on managers performance, lack of compensation for working above your job description, non existent management, product quality concerns, favoritism, the list goes on and on. I came in with 25+ years of manager, general manager, and regional manager experience; in hopes of growth. I would not even consider that an option. Public, please consider whom you are giving your hard earned money too, because this place is not deserving.

Sprouts in Surprise AZ, misleads. Huge sign on top of of hamburger product saying Healthy Savings, 85% lean at $4.99 lb. At till, 2 lb pack rang in at $12.99. I asked the cashier what was the price per lb. She said she could not tell me as it was coded only per pack. Went back and looked at the product and spoke to the meat manager. "Oh, you bought the grass fed." He said the sign was to draw attention to another product on another shelf. I said this was misleading. Could he help? "I'm not a cashier and I don't carry cash." [nice customer service.]. There was no customer service desk. I was supposed to stand in a long line to speak to a senior cashier. I left and won't be back.

I LOVE Sprouts! It is my #1 grocery shopping choice for all my needs. Their produce, vitamins, vegan, grab-and-go meals, lunch and bulk selection are amazing. I like how they use way less packaging than other store likes Trader Joe's, and their prices are very reasonable for a health food store. The associates are knowledgeable and friendly.

Only worked here for 3 days. They treat their employees like dirt and won't give them a schedule until they are finished training on the computer. The deli is run like a mad house, and the managers are extremely disrespectful not only to their employees and customers, but also to each other.

Textbook discrimination. After coming here for months, today I was barrated and harassed for not wearing a mask even though I have a medical condition that doesn't allow for me to wear one. After explaining that to the manager I was told I would have to leave or put on a mask and that was that. If you want to be discriminated against and talked to like a child for something that's not your fault or under your control, then this is the place for you.

The employees at this location have really terrible customer service. Instead of a good morning greeting when you walk in, you get a grumpy rude employee shoving a box of masks in your face which is totally unnecessary. The quality of the produce selection is very poor here. I've never even found a decent organic banana at this Sprouts which is crazy. The deli workers treat you like an inconvenience and it always takes awhile to get someone to look up and acknowledge you. The cashiers always seem to have an attitude when you ask for paper bags. Sprouts is very overpriced and our family is no longer shopping here. Take your business to King Soopers across the street! They are always busy because they treat there customers with respect and have wayyy better produce and prices! Sprouts needs to step up customer relations if they want to continue to charge those prices and stay busy. Sprouts is never busy and the customer does not come first here and it's very obvious from the moment you walk in the door.
