I normally love sprouts, but the brunette with bangs was so rude. I always try to be very kind and make a little conversation when checking out. I noticed a note on the payment stand that said, "Please wait until all items are scanned before using a card to pay.". I have been at sprouts when people swipe their card while the checker is still scanning and it froze up their whole system so I said "oh I bet that's nice that they put a note up" and she just starts in on me telling me that their system never freezes and that I'm wrong.... while I'm looking at the note that literally states that it will freeze the system... I was just trying to be kind and make small talk for a few minutes while she scanned my groceries. Every other checker has been very kind and I can tell if they are not in to small talk so I'll just go about my business but this lady might want to rethink working in customer service if she feels the need to be a brat to the customer.

This is just a smaller Sprouts so the variety/selection is reflective of this fact.

Sprouts service is very poor. The staff are not very helpful. And some of the vegetables rot so quickly because of over drenching it with spray. A lot of items are more expensive than whole foods

Problems with Sprouts computer system/Financial transactions. we start out with the Roman question, always asked at the beginning of any court trial or hearing in ancient Rome, "Qui Bono?" (who benefits?). An elderly lady went into a Sprouts and because her husband had been laid off his job five months ago, they were forced into turning to the state to get a food stamp card. The lady went into Sprouts and bought several items and when she went through the checkstand to pay, she ran her food stamp card through the machine and was given a total on that and then she was given another total because some herbal teas are not considered food by the government and must be paid for with cash. Utterly ridiculous? Yes I know. The woman had no cash and asked the cashier to take off the herbal teas that were not covered by the payment of the food stamp card. The cashier must have been a new employee and was very confused and three other employees came to the checkstand to join in and since no one really knew what to do, the entire purchase was voided. The items were ran through the scanner again without the herbal teas and the employees told the woman to swipe her food stamp card through the payment swipe instrument again and the woman did. The computer charged the woman's card again without crediting back the original purchase. Three days later, and after two phone calls to the store, the woman still did not have those funds back on her card, yet they were already in the stores bank account and no doubt gaining interest. The store manager was very nice but stated that her hands were completely tied and she did not know what to tell the woman other than, " in another five business days, if your funds have not been returned into your account, you might have to contact the corporate office." The elderly couple now has no way to buy any groceries as there are no funds left on their food stamp card and Sprouts has no concern about them. we are all now living on a massive plantation ruled by a government that cannot be accessed at all, corporations that are acting as managers of the plantation that can do whatever they please whenever they please, and all the little people are just serfs and slaves in a system that they voluntarily pay a percentage of their wages to because they live in horrible fear of the extreme punishment that will be doled out if they don't voluntarily give part of their wages. In this case, the elderly couple cannot help it that they have to use a plastic card at a cash register but every other person not in that boat has the opportunity to use cash money all the time instead of thinking that they are really special because they are a debt slave with a plastic card. When using a plastic card, It truly is the lowest form of slavery and it's shocking how many people are so extremely proud to be a slave with no control over their money.

I love shopping at Sprouts, but they broke my heart today. They have stopped carrying my favorite salsa. Typically, they are less expensive than other markets and they always have a variety of fun things. I love their produce section and all the veggies I can find here, when no one else carries them.I would have given 5 stars, however, now I have to go to the more expensive market- they still carry my salsa. Sad sad day for me.

I love sprouts. There's lots of yumminess here. I love how much food they have. They don't run out of things so fast you can buy conventional or organic. Everyone seems to be very nice and kind and there's always a customer service representative to help you if you need it good quality and reasonable prices thank you sprouts for making my life a lot happier with my quality foods.

After yesterday's shopping experience I am officially done with this store. The pain point is always understaffed checkout lines. On top of that, I have now had two separate experiences where all my items were scanned and then the register has an error, so they have to be rescanned. The latest was yesterday during a very busy lunch hour rush. The cashier is understandably stressed by an unfamiliar error message. She calls over another woman who I guess was a supervisor or manager. Said manager proceeds to not focus on the issue, so the cashier has to explain twice. When the manager finally pays attention to see the error, all she has to offer is 'oh, that's weird'. No help, no resolution, no evidence that she gave a damn to help her coworker and definitely no evidence of being concerned about my inconvenience. The cashier is now going to rescan $140 of bagged items at another register. There is also now a backed up line that the cashier has to request the manager help with while she tries to deal with my checkout. I voiced that this issue had happened to me a month or two before when the last item rang up for over $1,000,000, no joke. The cashier asked if she could get me a gift card, but the wonderful manager made some excuse and told her to take down my contact info.Considering that there is no self check out option, you are at the mercy of the overworked cashiers. This store has needed more people for a long time. On top of long checkout times and error debacles, there are also frequent issues with sales and coupons being applied so I end up getting overcharged.

Good selections of fresh produce, bulk items. I prefer organic and non gmo poison because I don't like to eat pesticide everyday! Food is expensive, and that is a shame that we have to pay higher prices to eat well (normal). I like the store.

Poor selection at the Dublin location. Typically, I shop at the Powers location. Next time, I'll go out of my way to ensure they have basics, so I don't have to stop by two locations to get what I need.

Even though it's out of the way. I still prefer this grocery store to any other grocery store. Everything I need all in one spot. Had to change my diet. Doctor said I was to over weight. So many bad choices at other grocery stores. I'm not saying their a cure all for everything. But they diffently have better choices.
