If the front desk would answer the phone I'd give a higher rating. The suite was large and included a kitchen with dishes. It was clean and well taken care of. They are pet friendly if you have crates for your pets.

Watch your cars closely if you decide to stay at this hotel. We reserved a 2 bedroom suite. My daughters car was broken into and she was parked right in front of the front desk. Her car was one of two that we know of. Staff was less than sympathetic about it. Hotel Manager named Taj never reached out to see how everything was going. We checked out on a Sunday and I called him on Monday and left a message for him with no response. I called again on Thursday and demanded I speak to him and he finally came to the phone. Zero compassion about what happened at his property. Offered no compensation of any sort. Then told me he rolled the camera footage and there was no footage of the break-in to turn into the police. He says they don't have cameras where the 2 cars were parked. So I guess they don't have cameras in front of the main door. 2 cars broken in right in front of the lobby door and no one heard it. We will NEVER stay at this property again. Front desk girl might seem nice and cute when you check in but be careful if you have any issues like not enough towels or if your car almost gets stolen. She has no idea how to handle customer issues. Taj will defend his staff. In a nutshell there is ZERO customer service skills at this property. I have filed a complaint with corporate and they will be handling it from here.

The room is nice and clean. Breakfast is good. It is pretty quiet. The only problem I had was the washers. They are so smelly. All of them has strong mold odor. They seriously need to clean the washers. My clothes all smell bad after wash.

We stayed there last weekend. Place is not very clean. we stayed with our son and daughter-in-law, I paid for both rooms on my credit card. They took his for incidentals. There was no incidentals and ended up charging him over $250 on his card! Buyer beware!!!

DEAD BODIES IN THE HALLWAY..........WARNING.....From dead bodies in the hallway at 2 a.m. from room 203, to very poor service, to charging higher prices per night than agreed upon, to adding in extra fees any where they can, constantly having down systems for the pool or hot tub, and room keys not workingor having problems every single day... This is a horrible place to stay...Please save yourself time, money, and nightmares. Someone literally had a womans dead body outside my hotel room door on a luggage cart at 2 a.m., and the staff didn't even say anything to me about it...Hot tub down for weeks at a time and a pool that is ice cold....HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY

We just stayed at this Hotel for a week and it was a great experience. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast is top notch and they actually have decent coffee. We enjoyed the view of the mountains while drinking coffee in the morning. Several nights were spent out on the patio with the fire going just enjoying the evening and chatting. We never made it to the pool or hot tub but chatted with other guests that said they really enjoyed it. I love that his hotel is pet friendly as well and you can not tell! There is no 'dog smell' in the room we were in and no indications anywhere we went that there were any dogs there. We will definitely plan to stay again when we come back to the the Springs. Thanks for making our stay great!!

Moving to the area, we booked this hotel for one week. On our third day we went to the front desk and extended our stay for one month. We were assured by the staff that everything was ok with our reservation change. However, when our original check out day came I received an email that we needed to checkout. Thinking this was a mistake (because we extended our reservation) I stopped by the front desk to check. The staff was dismissive and rude and told me we had to leave. I explained the situation and they told me that we had to check out. I asked to speak to a manger and they refused. Obviously I was very stressed because I had about two hours to find a place to stay with three children and a dog. As this is an extended stay hotel with a full kitchen I had also just purchased one weeks worth of groceries the day before. The front desk staff offered zero assistance with finding another hotel, (even though the over booking was their mistake) storing luggage while we moved, basically nothing. The front desk staff called about two hours later and offered me one more night in a room that sleeps 3 people even though we are a family of 5 - this was after we had already left. I’ve been in other over booking situations before and received much better service. This hotel acted like it was my fault. When we reached out to the manager the next day her response was disappointing. She said she needed to train her staff better but offered zero compensation for my family being kicked out of the hotel. Luckily I found another hotel across town with staff that were accommodating so we were able to move. The stress this hotel caused my family was disappointing and their lack of service or assistance with this situation unacceptable.

Day 1: We were given a room in the basement which had a lockset that was extremely tempermental, a refrigerator that was so loud I had to unplug it to hear the TV. So we requested a different room, which they supplied.Day 2-5: The sofa was covered with dog hair, the TV remote needed new batteries. When we called the front desk, we were told he would send some up right away. Never came. Then the magnetic key would not work any long...had to have it re-calibrated by a not-so-friendly front desk clerk. Breakfast is 7:00 am - 10:00 am on the weekends. But by 9:00 the food had been eaten...and we had to wait 20 minutes for more.Rooms: See above

A friend booked the hotel for me and I couldn't have been happier. The view of Pike's Peak from my room as well as from the breakfast room was simply breathtaking. The outdoor terrace an added bonus and perfect for watching the sun rise over the mountains while sipping coffee. The breakfast buffet was incredibly diverse and the hot items changed daily. Fantastic start to the day!The rooms were well equipped, the beds comfortable with soft or firm pillows to choose from.It is in easy walking distance to Walmart if you like me don't have a car and are reliant on others. The staff was great! Super friendly and helpful.I loved it and I can't wait to return!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My family of four stayed here for three nights, August 2-5. My 9 year old woke up covered in over 50 bug bites the morning that we left. I immediately showed the woman working the front desk and asked if there was a manager I could speak with. She said he was not available, but confirmed my phone number and gave me his business card with a gmail account to contact him and send him pictures. The bug bites were consistent with bed bug bites and covered his neck, face, shoulders, arms, torso, legs and buttocks. He slept in the bed next to the floor to ceiling curtains that touched the bed, based on the setup of the room. My 12 year old had about a dozen bites and slept next to him. My husband and I slept on the other bed and had no bites. I found red rust colored spots on the carpeting under the kids bed, consistent with evidence of bed bugs. I emailed the assistant general manager at 8:30 AM Saturday and did not receive a response until over 72 hours later and after I had reached out to corporate. He had the audacity to tell me they were mosquito bites and the marks on the carpet were crushed candy!! Mosquitos hurt when they bite and my child definitely would have felt 50 bites. We were outside very little in Colorado Springs and the bites were mainly where clothing would have covered him outdoors. If they were mosquitos, my husband and I would have also had bites. Management was insulting, rude and refused to rectify the situation with a refund. I have since spent more than 3 days cleaning our belongings, luggage and car in an effort to avoid contaminating my home with bed bugs. Management is negligent and will most likely respond to this review with a derogatory response. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We booked this hotel for my wife & I’s honeymoon from Monday to Saturday (6-19-23 to 6-25-23). The third day of our stay our room (008) on the bottom floor got flooded. I assume because the landscape comes level with the windows. We were at the Royal Gorge when we received a call of them having to move our belongings and the only reason it was know to be flooding was because water was coming from underneath the door. They moved us from our king room to a double queen and told us no other kings were available after asking. We had to spend an evening/night washing soaking wet clothes and re-unpacking everything into our new room. Come to find out a my wife’s leather sandals were soaked and a pair of my nice squared toed boot soles were soaked. The sandals are completely water stained leather now and my boot soles are also water stained. We also realized yesterday that one whole side of my wife’s luggage was soaked since Wednesday so another night of washing damp clothes. Luckily her MacBook Air that was wet turned on and worked as should. We also had loud neighbors beside and above us.They did compensate one night for our inconvenience, but after I tried to address the damages to our belongings I never heard anything back. The hot tub was also regularly full and a lot of the same people every night. Lastly, the location is quite a drive with traffic to most Colorado Springs vacation attractions, but it was a good spot for food/grocery.All in all, I know the big storm and flash flood was out of their control but it was out of ours too. I would not stay in Room 008 as the room design seems faulty in situations of heavy rain. The amenities and rooms were pleasant and breakfast was one of the best we have seen in a hotel. Just the flooding, room move, our damaged belongings, and loss of time to honeymoon was the downfall.Probably would stay again but would request a upper floor room with a Pikes Peak view.

We were excited to find a 2 bedroom suite hotel for our vacation with our two toddlers. The rooms are set up perfectly, and we enjoyed being on the garden level (bottom floor) which is the same level as the pool. However, our room faced the patio and shuffleboard area. Most evenings it was extremely quiet, but we had to call a noise complaint in for some very intoxicated men playing shuffleboard and screaming outside our windows past quiet hours. The staff were extremely diligent in dealing with the noise complaint - we had contemplated changing hotels because of the issue with the noise, but after that one evening it was back to quiet. The breakfast was some of the best we have had a hotel (although the website states open at 6am, when you check in it says 6:30am). Social hour was a great perk. The pool and hot tub were very busy since the pool area was inside and heated (which was great, yet made it very busy). The only thing that was confusing was housekeeping. When you check in, the card in your room says they will do a light clean (trash, new towels, etc.) everyday and we had to call on the third day because they hadn't come in. Overall, a wonderful hotel. Next time we will probably request a non-garden room.

Brand new and everything was clean. Suite with nice kitchen was one of best values that I can highly recommend. Complementary laundry was helpful. Social with free drink and snack was another bonus (Mon. - Wed.). However it was not enough to get over noisy from lobby by other guests who talked loudly. Hotel needs to add silent etiquette time.I’m up for revisiting with its great value.
