We ate there about 3 weeks ago. There were only 2 employees and one was doing on the prep and behind the scenes work that didn't get done the night before. It took over an hour for our online order to be ready. But the gentleman who was there was so gracious and kind that I didn't complain then. But tonight when I got there to pick up another online order, it hadn't been made because "they are pretty much out of everything." There is something seriously wrong with the management of this store if they keep having these issues. We will not be returning to this location. It has gone downhill and service has gotten slower and slower over the past year. Now it is just unacceptable.

What an amazing staff. I will be driving out of my way to come to this subway for now on. The food here is so much better than most of the restaurants.

I came in for a Cali club sandwhich it was really good! The server Jacob was very nice and upbeat.

Their website and the sign on their door so they close at 10:00 p.m. it's currently 8:34 pm.They gentlemen told me that he shut down early and that he would not reboot it up even though it says they're open. Other the employee does not care or the posted times are incorrect and need to be changed.

I stopped in about 4 PM on Monday, 1/22 to get a HOT meatball w/provolone on wheat. She said I would have to wait about 12 minutes for a new batch to be prepared. I said OK. Meanwhile her shift relief arrives to take over. I didn't pay attention to how long it had been. The young man pulled out the pan of meatballs and prepared my sandwich. I paid and left. I sat down at my supper table, took a bite and the meatballs and sauce were still COLD. It's been a long time since I've gotten anything from this location. It'll be the last. BTW, I was the only customer there so it wasn't like they were busy.

Don't be fooled by google ratings. Studies show people are more likely to leave a review when they want to complain about things. People are less likely to leave a review when they are happy with a businesses' service. I have been coming to this Subway for years and the service has been good the greater majority of the time. Save those coupons you get in the paper. They are gold.

We ordered artisan flatbread and were given regular artisan bread without any kind of notice. We decided not to return the food, because we don't like to waste food.

First off, this was a DoorDash order. The door dasher arrived and was told they were too busy and had to switch off 3 door dashers before my order was even made. My turkey club had no turkey…. Just vegetables. I didn’t receive 2 cookies I ordered and 3 drinks I ordered. I am so frustrated you guys have one job. Make a sandwich right.

I came in after highschool rush, and Keely was amazing! We had full conversations while she made sandwiches! She was super patient when I didn’t know what I wanted to eat, and was super kind when mentioning to others what items she was out of. She worked really well under pressure (missing lots of items) and still made me delicious food. She was also amazing at staying on top of online orders while having a line out the door. Beautiful work, clean atmosphere.

Ever since Franco has taken over this store, I've been coming multiple days a week. He's so friendly, and makes it worth the drive. This isn't even the closest subway to me but I will make the trip while he's still there. Thank you so much!!!

Place when busy with online orders and customers in store and this store only has 1 person working at night and has a list of things to do by himself. Guys have to do better poor man swamped!

Walked almost a mile to get to this subway because I have a gift card. The lady wouldn't let me in at 9:30 pm even though they are supposed to close at 10 pm. When I knocked on the door, she ran and hid in the back. It's says clearly on the door "NEW HOURS UNTIL 10PM" I called the store and the lady said she would get in trouble by her manager if she let me in. I could have gone to a different location and made it in time if I knew they close early. Probably won't visit this Subway ever again.
