First off, this was a DoorDash order. The door dasher arrived and was told they were too busy and had to switch off 3 door dashers before my order was even made. My turkey club had no turkey…. Just vegetables. I didn’t receive 2 cookies I ordered and 3 drinks I ordered. I am so frustrated you guys have one job. Make a sandwich right.

I came in after highschool rush, and Keely was amazing! We had full conversations while she made sandwiches! She was super patient when I didn’t know what I wanted to eat, and was super kind when mentioning to others what items she was out of. She worked really well under pressure (missing lots of items) and still made me delicious food. She was also amazing at staying on top of online orders while having a line out the door. Beautiful work, clean atmosphere.

Ever since Franco has taken over this store, I've been coming multiple days a week. He's so friendly, and makes it worth the drive. This isn't even the closest subway to me but I will make the trip while he's still there. Thank you so much!!!

Walked almost a mile to get to this subway because I have a gift card. The lady wouldn't let me in at 9:30 pm even though they are supposed to close at 10 pm. When I knocked on the door, she ran and hid in the back. It's says clearly on the door "NEW HOURS UNTIL 10PM" I called the store and the lady said she would get in trouble by her manager if she let me in. I could have gone to a different location and made it in time if I knew they close early. Probably won't visit this Subway ever again.

Place when busy with online orders and customers in store and this store only has 1 person working at night and has a list of things to do by himself. Guys have to do better poor man swamped!

If I could, I’d give zero stars for this location. This is the second time I’ve tried this location and the second time it’s been a terrible experience. Don’t bother ordering ahead with their app, apparently they don’t even start making the food until you get there. My order showed ready in the app at 12:50, when it was supposed to. I got there at 1:00, and waited in line just to be told they hadn’t even started it at all. Same thing happened last time I tried to order here. Then they very sloppily made the sandwiches I ordered, paying no attention to the order and didn’t even cut them. They didn’t spread the cheese and veggies across the sandwiches, just put stacks of them on there. Most of the food wasn’t even in the sandwiches when I opened them up. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, I had to reassemble the sandwiches and cut them to even be able to feed them to my children. Definitely won’t be returning to this location.

Have been in here on a couple of occasions now. Seriously understaffed and inproperly managed. Out of most things, flat bread, don't even want to thaw out eggs for the day because it's not worth it I've heard directly from their employee. Some employee I feel bad for, lines to the door and one person working, 15 min plus wait and two people from I'm assuming corporate subway doing nothing but trying to unlock a bathroom door while the one employee struggles to help all the customers lining up. Never seen such a poorly managed business wow priorities.

This location on Austin Bluffs is very 'hit or miss '. Instore usually great. But, delivery a different story. Order delivery at your own risk. And if you order delivery through the Subway app, there is little to no recourse at all. Wish the one on Academy and Carefree never closed.

Never have I gone into a subway at 5 after there opening time and service was awful,manager did not want to be there,I finally got my order about 10:20 ,This is def not what you would expect from a manager,so I stop going to subway,now I got to another spot in hopes the the at ML sphere is better and employees want to be there .Im a big google review person so look out for my Google review ,the store is in a shopping strip mall off of Austin bluff .Never again wil I enter subway there all the same.Jimku johns is my new sport for lunch.Kid-friendliness: It sucks both amager and employee surely did not want to be there,big red flag .

The two dudes they had at the counter tonight, I swear we're high as a kite. They were so confused and had no enthusiasm at all. Just lumbering around back an forth. Took them 30 mins to complete my online order. Ridiculous
